Amazing views and condo was excellent!

The host was very responsive during our stay. The condo was very clean and had great amenities. Beach access was phenomenal with great views to watch the sunset from the patio balcony. One of the best properties in Puerto Penasco.

Simple, but well kept and secure condo community with an amazing staff!!! On site restaurant! Well stocked kitchen. Pantry with beach chairs and towels. Everything we need right there. On site bodega for ice or forgotten groceries and sundries. Assistance for any emergency or needs with very good communication from our HOA,cleaner and handy man, high speed wifi

What makes this property unique

This resort is known for being closest to the ocean's edge to the Sea of Cortez.
We keep a well equipped open pantry with beach gear and larger cooking appliances and pots. First aid kit and smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in kitchen and bedroom. Fire blanket. Hair dryers in both bathrooms, newly remodeled bathrooms and newly painted walls throughout. RO at the kitchen sink in addition to the pure 5 gallon water jug. More sleep accommodations than all other 2 bed 2 bath in this resort. Fun family atmosphere here in the "Parrot Condo"
The security team is the best! Friendly staff throughout the grounds are here for you 24 hours a day.
