Ground floor at Las Palomas Resort. Enjoy this 2 Bedroom/2Bathroom Condo, located on the ground floor of the Diamante building Phase 1, over 2000 sf of patio overlooking pools, lazy river, steps from the bar pool and beach.
Diamante 105 features an open design kitchen overseeing the living room. The entertainment center has a 60 inches flat screen TV with soundbar and Netflix.
The living room has also a dining area comfortable for six guests.
All 2 bedrooms have King bed and 48 inches flat screen TV with Netflix.
The spectacular patio comes with a dining table for 6, chairs, lounge chairs and an extra round table at the end of the patio overlooking all the amenities and beach.
Diamante 105 is conveniently located by the grill patio, free to use for all guests, enjoy the free underground parking, all the pools and restaurants that Las Palomas Resort offers.
We listen to our guests and for your comfort
We added a Keurig 2.0 coffee machine.

The condo is absolutely perfect for a family with children. A huge patio for the kids to run around on, the beach and pool just steps away - super convenient access and all the amenities you need for the trip.

One day this place it will be our retirement spot.

We have been vacationing in Mexico for over 25 years and we finally found a place that is very easy to reach and very relaxing.
Las Palomas Resort is the top spot in Puerto Penasco, you will enjoy all the amenities: pools, golf, bars, restaurant, lazy river.
Our condo is on a prime location In the middle of all and brand new furnishing.

What makes this property unique

The Las Palomas Resort complex consists of two Phases and over 800 individually owned condominiums, with a variety of different floor plans, finishes, and decorations. ● Both Phases have a number of different pools, including a lazy river and swim up bar & grille. Phase I features a water slide, the fitness center , convenience store, and La Maria restaurant, which is open for dinner only. Phase II features a Kid's Club, Five Senses Spa, the sales desk, convention center, and the main lobby restaurant, Citron, which is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, as well as a wonderful Sunday Brunch. Owners and guests have access to all of the amenities in both Phases, regardless which Phase they stay in
