A host of fine restaurants also await ranging from local Tapas to gourmet French and Italian along with fine California cuisine.

Description of Area: Conveniently situated in the heart of Kenwood's 'Winery Row' in close proximity to world-class wineries, fine restaurants, Jack London State Park, Sugarloaf Mountain, Hood Mountain, and Annadel State Park. A wonderful central location for exploring the Valley of the Moon, Sonoma and Napa.
The route, coming into Kenwood as you drive north through Sonoma Valley, the mountains ribbed with hillside vineyards, is in the same league as those through Tuscany and Provence. Experience the much more laid back atmosphere of Sonoma vs Napa valley where it is not uncommon to have the wine makers pouring the wine.

This house was absolutely darling, well appointed and very clean. The house has two bedrooms, and one day bed in the office that was comfortable. The kitchen had sufficient things to cook with, nice appliances, and a large dining table. The yard was lovely, and very peaceful and truly is within walking distance to several wineries, a small market and a cute boutique (use google map so you don’t have to walk on the main road). The house is about 15 minutes to Sonoma but is very quiet and peaceful.

House is cute, very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is walkable to several restaurants and wineries using the back roads instead of walking along highway. We would highly recommend this place.

My husband and I got away for the weekend for his birthday. We loved this cottage so much; it’s darling, close enough to walk to coffee in the mornings and an handful of wineries for tastings. We especially enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the backyard in the evening. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

Kenwood Wine Trip

We enjoyed our stay in Kenwood. The house is very clean and the outside space is amazing! Kenwood has plenty of wineries close by and within a reasonable drive you can get to Sonoma, Armstrong Nature Preserve or the coast.

We stayed here with another couple and this home was perfect. It was very clean, comfortable, every amenity you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was excellent. The backyard was absolute heaven. We made a fire in the firepit one night. I couldn't believe there was a vineyard with actual grapes in the back yard. We also had an apple from the apple tree. The neighborhood was adorable and we had great experiences at the nearby wineries and restaurants. I'd 100% recommend!

We adore great food and wine and there is an abundance of it within walking distance of our home. The quaint town of Kenwood offered us everything we were looking for in a wine country retreat - peace & quiet, a central location and sublime landscapes

What makes this property unique

Our property is professionally designed, expertly maintained, and very comfortable. The 650 sf deck was just built and is shaded and relaxing overlooking our vineyard of Zinfandel and Petit Syrah. We will be adding an outdoor kitchen and another bathroom hopefully by the end of 2026 or early 2027.
