All the information provided before our arrival about the unit and the check-in process made it unnecessary to contact the owner. We had everything we needed! The location of the unit in the Mountain Lodge at the top of the Ballhooter lift was fantastic. Soooo nice to be able to ski-in and ski-out!
Sheets not on bunk beds just tossed on beds so was not sure if clean or not. Bed in master room not to comfy could use upgraded. Over all skiing great very convenient ski in ski out. We will come back.
Perfect place to stay for the weekend ! The guys and I all talked about how lucky we were to find this place all weekend. It’s right on the top of the mountain by the main lift. Snowboarding in and out was so easy. The room was great! We gathered around the tv each night for movies and it was far more spacious than we thought it would be! Will definitely try and book again next year.
The host was very responsive. Mountain Lodge is going through some updates. It’s super close to the village and where most shops and restaurants are located along with access to the slopes. Parking was not an issue for us. The unit does have some wear and tear but it’s to expected. The cleaning before check in could use a bit more attention. I’m sure they are turning these over quickly as we rented it during peak holiday time. Overall it was good for our needs for a group of 5 for a couple days. Wi-Fi was nice to have as cell service on the mountain is not great.
Overall great experience, checkin was easy and room ready when we got to the mountain other than bunk room beds we had to make ourselves. Great location and had everything we needed for our stay.
Enjoyed our weekend at Snowshoe. The location is great and close to all needs.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entry. And the place was so dirty The front door had no interior deadbolt or latch, so we had to barricade it at night — a serious safety concern. None of the bunk beds were made when we arrived (this was not disclosed), so we had to make three beds after carrying in sleeping kids. The dishwasher was full of dirty, smelly dishes. Several floor tiles were broken or lifting, creating a hazard. Coffee was advertised, but there were no filters or coffee for the drip machine, and the griddle was broken. Overall, very disappointing for the price paid. Location is convient however I would never stay here again.
We stayed for a few days for a ski trip. The location was awesome and the area we were in was quiet as well

Unit was well maintained. A little on the small side, but still worked for two families. Overall condo complex could use a little TLC.

Very homey, clean, and great bedrooms
The beds were nice, the room had a very mountainy feel to it with wooden furniture and dull colors. Everything was well taken care of and the appliances were nice. The balconies were small but quaint and the room as a whole was a lot of fun to stay in.

The host was friendly and very responsive to a couple of questions. Housekeeping staff were very friendly. The location was great. A rather large building, but the slopes and lift were right outside the door. The front desk staff were not very helpful. Upon arrival we discovered a clogged primary bedroom toilet. There was a miscommunication about which toilet was clogged and the front desk personnel seemed put out to have to call maintenance back. (The maintenance person was quite professional and did get the problem fixed.)We skied the day of checkout. My wife doesn’t ski and waited in the lobby. Front desk staff would not help her locate a restroom, since the only one in the lobby area had a sign reserving it for a kids ski school. And, I asked about leaving the cars in the lot until 2-3pm on checkout day while we skied. They said we couldn’t do it, which is crazy after a four night stay, and since checkout was at 11am and check in for the any new guests wouldn’t be until 5pm based on my original arrival instructions. I didn’t ask the question again and we skied and then left as planned. I’ve never had a problem with this type of request before at a similar property. The front desk staff should make an effort to be more accommodating.
Layout of space was well planned and three bathrooms always a positive. Cooking and kitchen utensils were well stocked. Only reason I gave a four vs five overall rating is the master bedroom mattress is past its due date. Obviously that can be easily corrected. Other than that very good location
