Outdoor Fireplace & Patio
Constructed in the summer of 2020, this new natural stone fireplace and spacious flagstone patio is the perfect place to gather your group to spend time relaxing with a beverage or roasting marshmallows for smores, all while overlooking the lake.

Boating:
Bringing your boat or pontoon along? Dock your vessel aside the well bumpered pier equipped with fresh mooring whips. Or, set out on your own adventure in the 16 foot canoe equipped with paddles and life jackets for your exclusive use throughout your stay.

Relax and unwind on the cozy covered porch adjoining the master suite. The deck which extends along the entire back of the main level overlooks the lake in the quiet, peaceful cove and is perfect for outdoor grilling and dining.

Main Floor
The heart of the home is the great room with soaring vaulted ceilings towering over the living and dining areas, anchored by the stone wall fireplace. The wall of lakeview windows and skylights bask the room with light. The master bedroom features an indulgent king size four poster bed & private master bath. The spacious, well equipped kitchen is open to the dining & living room area.

Upstairs
Ascend the stairs to two full guestrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with bunk beds (twin on top, full below) along with one additional twin bed. Guestrooms share a spacious full bath with rainfall shower & tub and are joined by flyway overlooking the main floor.

Lower Level
The walkout ground floor features cushy sofas with a large flat panel TV, Roku, Wii game console, Blu-Ray player and extensive movie library. Enjoy a lively game of air hockey on the full size game table. There's also a full bath with shower. It makes a great space for the kids or a quiet retreat for multiple family groups. Exit thru the French doors to the covered lower patio furnished with Adirondack chairs to take in the scenic lake views with the dock just steps away.

Private Pier and Dock
There's room for the whole family on the large double decker dock with a 20' x 20' upper sun deck with a gate for the kids...young and old alike...to endlessly jump into the lake below. If you're bringing or renting a boat - use the fresh mooring whips to securely dock your watercraft Enjoy fishing right from the pier or sit back and take in the beauty of Badin Lake. There's a wealth of wildlife to watch, from the soaring Blue Herons to ducks and turtles swimming about.
