This breathtaking condo with air-conditioned rooms. 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Is ideal for group activities and offers total privacy with separate living spaces. Condo with dining room, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room.

Within walking distance (2 minutes), you'll find restaurants, pharmacy, ATM bank, grocery stores, yoga center and souvenir stores. Access to the beach and national park in 15 to 20 minutes on foot.

2 bedrooms with their own private balcony on the second floor and a huge panoramic terrace on the second floor. 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, each with AC. There's a living room on each floor with cable TV. Each living space has a sliding door that opens onto the Pacific Ocean and the national park. The Mediterranean-style kitchen is fully equipped. Shared swimming pools with views of the Bay and the sea.


A short 20-minute flight can take you from San Jose to Manuel-Antonio.

Great house in great location

House was great - beautiful views, great layout and close to everything that Manuel Antonio has to offer. Restaurants within walking distance. Beach was a hike but easy enough to drive to. Will definitely stay again.

Very Nice House

We stayed here for a fishing vacation. Only 10 mins from the Marina and near a bunch of restaurants and shops for convenience. We didn't have much time to enjoy the property (On the Boat everyday) but it was clean, owner was easy to talk with, and beautiful views

Anniversary Celebration

22 of our family spent New Years in this villa. It made our family celbration very special. We were treated as guests to the villa and guest to the country. The owner made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The chefs were exceptional! There was nothing we would change except to stay longer. Thank you Laurent!!

A week in Manuel Antonio

The house is very comfortable, very well located, not so greatly kept but good enough, however, there are two main issues: 1- There is no washer and dryer as listed (you can give your things to the guy that works on the property to wash them for you but I didn’t want to do that) 2- The internet is not reliable, and we did needed it for the kids to attend virtual school and for our work so that was a big problem for us. When I wrote to the owner about it he wasn’t very helpful, and the guy that works on site either
