Lovingly furnished, family-friendly vacation home with its own beach chair

Arrive, feel good and enjoy the sea air in every season in our bright and comfortably furnished holiday home.

Our house in the Frisian style is located in a holiday home area in a very quiet location close to the dike. The beach and harbor are easily accessible 1,500 m.

It is a semi-detached house with approx. 80 sqm, spread over 2 floors, space for 4 people and a small child. The car parking space is located directly at the house. A spacious, lockable garden shed is available for bicycles or prams.

The house is child-friendly and offers a spacious and comfortably furnished living and dining area with a new Smart TV from Philips, hi-fi system, DVD player and CD stereo system. Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, the guest toilet, cloakroom and a storage room with washing machine. All windows on the ground floor have shutters.

A children's high chair (trip trap) is available for younger guests, and there is a new cot (60 x 120 cm) in the master bedroom.
On the south side, the living room opens onto the sunny terrace with an awning, the appropriate garden furniture, parasol, grill and large green area.
The spacious and lockable garden shed can be used to safely park bicycles or prams.

Free WiFi (50 Mbit) is available. In the beach chair season (April - October) you can use a fixed beach chair on the beach of Nessmersiel during your entire stay.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms (master bedroom with double bed plus cot, children's room with two single beds) and the spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating.
The windows of the parents' bedroom have blackout curtains, and there are shutters on the children's room windows. Bed linen and towels can also be borrowed from the property manager.

The ground floor and the bathroom are tiled, the bedrooms and the hallway are covered with laminate.

The outdoor children's playground, as well as a supermarket and bakery, can be reached in less than 5 minutes.

The new "Sturmfrei", a fully covered play oasis for the cooler days, is also "around the corner". A good bike and go-cart rental is in the immediate vicinity.
