Vacation apartment on the North Sea / seawall, quiet central location, modern, Wi-Fi, sleeps up to 5 people

Our cosy apartment in Neßmersiel offers 70 square metres of total living space and is comfortable for up to 5 people plus a child. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house, in a quiet and peaceful setting right on the seawall. Outside, the apartment features a garden, a seating area with a barbecue, a separate entrance, and on-site parking. Just to make you feel right at home!! A tastefully furnished kitchen with a fully equipped cooking area, a dining area, and a comfortable sofa with satellite TV and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi included; you’ll receive the key code upon arrival. The apartment features two separate bedrooms with 5 beds plus a travel cot, a shower/bathroom with a washing machine, and a small staircase leading to a hallway. Located in the centre of Neßmersiel, about 1,500 m from the beach, which is easily accessible on foot, by bike, or by car. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Right next door in the annex is a bike and scooter rental shop with a souvenir store (ice cream, cold drinks, delicious fish sandwiches, and more). The children’s playground is very close by, and the Sturmfrei indoor play centre is about 500 metres away. You can connect to the Internet for free using a Wi-Fi key. The apartment includes board games, books, children’s toys, an electric dartboard, and more. For our younger guests, we provide a high chair, a travel cot, and a shower with a shallower depth for small children—though they should, of course, be able to swim—as well as a kettle, a microwave, and everything else you’d expect to find in a kitchen. It is located about 1,000 metres from the ferry to Baltrum Island; from here, you can book mudflat walks or boat trips to the seal colonies. Baltrum Island is also worth a day trip by boat.

For reservations of one week or more during the off-season (outside of school holidays), you can rent one of our bicycles—two new bikes of your choice for one day free of charge.

Sunday is not a check-in or check-out day! Unless the apartment is available earlier.
During peak season, as well as Easter and fall break, the apartment is fully booked, meaning that the departure of outgoing guests and the arrival of new guests occur on the same day!
In addition, there must be at least one week between an existing reservation and your request, unless otherwise specified.
Bed linens (7 euros per bed) and towels (6 euros per person) can be rented from us, or you can bring your own from home. A final cleaning fee of 38.00 Euro plus tax will be charged upon arrival. Only CASH PAYMENTS are accepted.
