Great location but home needs some work

The house was okay but could be great with a little more updating. We were not able to use the recreational area downstairs at all due to lack of air conditioning. The basement area had a very strong mildew smell. The kitchen looks great but there are several places in the flooring that are sunken in and there were mushrooms growing out of the window seals. The carpet is old and stained. The bedroom upstairs with the king bed does not have air conditioning at all, We had to keep the door open at all times and even with the ceiling fan running and a box fan (we had to buy) it was still hot in the room.

Great location and large back deck

The location is perfect, easy beach access, back deck is huge also covered in case it rains during your stay. The house it’s self needs to be updated, visible mold in the upstairs rooms and smell in the basement.
