10 bedrooms/8 1/2 bath-Boat dock and pier!!!! This newer constructed home is perched high on top of one of the most beautiful lots on Kings Lynn drive. This home is perfect for all occasions. Can accommodate that of a Bed & Breakfast. 360 degree long range views that encompass the Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, Marsh, and the Sound. This house boast 2 large flat screen TVs in the family rooms and 10 smaller flat screen TVs, one for each bedroom. There will be no reason to fight for a room with a tv in this beautiful home. There are 2 Blu-ray players with WIFI enabled to connect to your Netflix accounts, and 3 more DVD players located in 3 of the bedrooms. The spiral staircase leading up to the 3 level deck has the most breathtaking views on the entire island. This area is the perfect get away for admiring the Lockwood Folly Inlet, the Intracoastal Waterway, the Lockwood Folly River, the Blue Water Point Marina, the sound, wildlife, fishermen, boaters, jet skis, and unbelievable sunsets. Enjoy the ocean views from one of the 2 large decks on the front of the home. Sit back and relax in one of the rockers or just lounge around in one of the chairs. Large outdoor grill, picnic table, deck furniture, private pool (POOL HEATING AVAILABLE) with pool-side bathroom, outdoor hot tub, plenty of parking underneath, 3 stop elevator, free long distance calling, wireless high speed internet, ice machine, and fenced in yard. Large equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, ranges, and microwaves is a gourmet cooks dream. The kitchen bar seats 18 comfortably. The table buffet seats another 7. This buffet butts up to a triple window with a view that will leave you speechless. Imagine yourself sitting at this buffet for dinner, gazing out the triple window up the waterway and sound to Blue Water Point Marina. This property was great for location and size, however, there is no dining table, the wifi stinks, the pool was dirty, and the upstairs A/C was not working

Nice location

Nice location. The house was ok. Decks did not connect from top to bottom so if staying on the top floor, you have to go down before accessing outside. No access to back yard except through house. Walls were dirty and marked up. Bring your own bedding even though it says it comes with. The bedspreads were aged, thin and scratchy.

Great location and size

The location of this house was perfect, short walk to the beach, sound and dock. The size of the house was great, plenty of room for our entire family, but the layout with the kitchen/main living on top floor was a little inconvenient. The house was not very clean upon arrival, sandy floors, hair in showers, banister/stair railing dirty. Could really use a good deep cleaning. There were ants EVERYWHERE outside. The advertised poolside bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months, we could not use this. Half of the bottom under the house was being closed in, and we were not aware of this. The AC on the first floor barely worked, maintenance had to bring window units to help keep cool. Overall, we still enjoyed our time here but there are a lot of things that could be fixed to make this house what it could be.

If we had been notified, we could have sent housekeeping back out to correct what they missed, as well as some of the other maintenance issues. Thank you for the feedback. Family Time

Great location! The house was large enough for the family. We just wished it had more bathrooms. The views from the many porches did not disappoint. There are TVs in all the rooms but some did not work or had bad service. Elevator worked the whole time. Which is great! The pool and Hot tub was dirty and not clean until our 3 day there. This was after numerous calls to housekeeping. The parking for all the cars was great! The house needs a deep clean, especially in the kitchen. The walls and back splash needs to be wiped down. Overall the house itself was ok. But what was important was that my family got together and made some great memories.

Overall great house! Terrible WiFi

Loved the location and all the space in the house! Lots of bedrooms and baths! The one negative:TV’s never worked for more than 15 min though…terrible Wi-Fi Called maintenance twice to come check. Would get better than go right back to not working. When paying that much for a house for the week you shouldn’t have that problem. Lots of nice tvs that should just turn on and work and they didn’t.
