The Space:
Upon entrance to this grand vacation home, guests will cherish the natural light from the floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the family room. After a long day out on the slopes, your family will appreciate the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace permeating throughout the home. Cozy up with your loved ones in the plush sectional sofa and lounge seating as you unwind streaming your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV.
The head chef in your family will love the kitchen with plenty of countertop space fully equipped with everything your group will need to prepare a delicious meal during your stay. Keep the cook company with the 3 stools at the breakfast bar.
Enjoy your scrumptious dinner, while sharing adventure stories, in the dining area, as you marvel at the stunning valley and forest views through the glass door windows. Step out and breathe in the fresh mountain air in this private outdoor patio, while enjoying a nightcap.
For a relaxing time, head to the private covered patio, on the opposite end of the house. Gaze out into the night sky as you watch the stars twinkle to melt your stress away.
Host an afternoon family cookout with the outdoor bbq grill, where the master griller of your group can show off their bbq skills. Guests that want to take a peaceful stroll, and take in the natural sights around the home are in luck. A few steps from the patio is a lovely pond where you can truly marvel at the beauty this space has to offer.
The first bedroom, on this floor, features a lovely queen-size bed, and ample closet space, with a serene view through the window. The second bedroom, across the hall, has a comfortable full over full size bunk bed with a separate twin mattress, and plenty of closet space. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, around the corner from both rooms, is available for guests to share.
As you head upstairs, there is a loft with a queen-size pull-out sofa and a desk. From this space, guests will appreciate the aerial view of the main floor and the spectacular sceneries throughout the expansive windows. The master bedroom, on this floor, boasts a deluxe king-size bed with lounge seating, a flat-screen TV, access to a spacious private outdoor deck through the sliding glass doors, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
A laundry room with a washer and dryer combo is available on the main level of the home.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, private outdoor patios, and deck. You will also have access to 3 free parking spaces on the premises. Please do not park on the street or in the garage.
The Neighborhood:
This lovely home is located in the Blue River North neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for kayaking, canoeing, rafting, hiking, and multiple trails. The serene area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 9-minute drive away.
Getting Around:
Summit County offers a free ride bus making it a convenient option, with Blue River Road bus stop on the Blue River Commuter within 0.8 miles from the home. The Breckenridge historic district is within a 9-minute drive, with plenty of parking options near the BreckConnect Gondola. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The garage is not available for guests to use, we apologize.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for quickest response.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
