Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located just a short walk from the beach. This is the perfect location for a relaxing coastal stay or an unforgettable family adventure. Enjoy seamless access to all of Galveston's premier attractions just 15 minutes away, while completely escaping the heavy tourist crowds.

The home comfortably sleeps 5 people and features a stunning upper deck with dedicated seating—perfect for watching a beautiful Texas sunrise or sipping your preferred evening cocktail while listening to the waves. A fully fenced-in yard provides a safe environment for kids to play and welcomes your pets.

Please note that the home features a unique layout: the second full bathroom is located downstairs and is not connected to the upstairs living space from the interior. However, it is very conveniently located in the downstairs area, offering quick access directly from the yard.

An on-site EV-Charging / RV hookup with a premium 50-amp service is also available for your convenience (restrictions apply; an additional fee is required for RV hookups).

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

- Start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes. - Leave bed linens on the beds and towels in the restroom. - Set the thermostat to 76 degrees.

Place all trash in the provided black bags and put them in the outside containers. Please avoid using clear/white bags

Lock the door by pressing "Enter" on the keypad. Your code will expire at 11:00 AM.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The maximum number of guests permitted at any time is 8. A fee of $50 per day per guest will be assessed for any violation of this occupancy limit.

This beach house was great in several ways! The size was perfect for two!! Access to beach was perfect. The privacy was nice and the views all around were picturesque! The layout of house was roomy and mattresses were very nice.Overall we loved our weeks stay and plan to come back!!

Wedding weekend

We had a family wedding on Jamaica Beach, so wanted something to sleep several people and convenient to the rest of the family. This home is very nice and only four of us stayed, but it was just the right size. Alejandro was very helpful as we had never rented a home before. Clean and everything we needed!

Super place

This house was just what we needed. The downstairs bedroom is quiet and private for older folks, with a sink and shower and toilet. The washer and dryer downstairs are top of the line and so nice to have with a big group of people. The outdoor shower is great for getting sand off before you come in. There is a grill and picnic table and beautiful back yard. Maybe the best thing about this house is it’s proximity to the beach and the community pool. Just a couple of minutes drive to both. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and a beautiful porch. This may be our annual go-to place.

Amazing house, location, amenities and communication

We stayed at this property for almost 2 weeks. The owner was available and kept open communication throughout our stay. The property was nicely updated. The yard was wonderful for our dog. The location is perfect, just a couple blocks from the beach and the park/pool. This year was the first time we chose to rent a house as opposed to a hotel and we will do it every year. We were so pleased, we will gladly rent this property again and recommend!
