Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close all window storm shutters. Upstair, down stair, and stairway. Closed all double doors, interactions provided in previous email. Failure to do these tasks, additional $75 fee added to your stay.
Clean BBQ pit and take out the trash
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Allow travelers to cancel reservation within 7 days of prior to checking to have full refund during Covid 19 duration.

We felt very at home while staying at this beach front property. Everything we needed was right there and if we needed anything our host was more than helpful. Check in/out process was a piece of cake and very affordable. If we’re ever in Galveston again, would definitely stay here again.

The property is a sweet, little gem right on the beach. It fit our criteria (family with teenagers and young adults) perfectly. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full dinners. I would definitely book again.

Beach view was amazing and the access to the beach was right there. The deck was perfect for morning coffee annd a good book. About 20-30 mins from town but exactly what we wanted. Recommend stocking up on food/drink at Kroger or Walmart in town. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Overall it was a nice find on the beach. A couple of changes: living room furniture was very uncomfortable and the air conditioning upstairs struggled to cool. Everything else was great.
