The villa is entirely designed for the comfort of guests, with a swimming pool heated to 29 °C (from the beginning of April to the beginning of October) which offers moments of relaxation and leisure.PGJyPg
The Villa des Sables Blancs is located in the coastal town of Plouneour Trez in the north of Finistère, a peaceful and quiet place in the heart of nature, which overlooks the bay of Goulven. The Villa is a new build from 2025.

It consists of:

-On the ground floor,

a large open and bright room opening onto a cathedral living room, adjoining a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, oven,...) with very friendly central island.
A laundry room is available where there is a washing machine, dryer and equipment for the little "sailors" (high chair, cot)
An entrance hall with cupboard
A toilet
A bedroom with a 160x200 bed, storage and French window giving direct access to the terrace. A private bathroom which consists of a sink and a shower.

- Upstairs

A bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a dressing room
A large bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 and a bunk bed, with storage.
A bathroom with double sink, shower and Wc.
A mezzanine with a chaise longue for moments of rest and reading facing the bay.

- Outdoor

Large convivial terrace giving direct access to the swimming pool. Equipped terrace: outdoor table and chairs, garden furniture, parasol, sunbeds.
An electric plancha on a trolley is available.
6x3m swimming pool with electric safety shutter, heated to 29 degrees for the delight of young and old!
A garden with leisure area, provision of outdoor games.


The Villa des Sables Blancs has been thought out and carefully designed to accommodate 1 or 2 families with children.
Pets are not allowed (except for assistance dogs)
