Why they chose this property
Celony, est un quartier de Aix-en-Provence, plus précisément au nord Ouest, il est à la campagne où il y a beaucoup de verdure, paisible et loin de l’effervescence du centre-ville. Il est agréable d’être réveillé par les petits oiseaux le matin. C’est un quartier très calme. Il y a tout de même toutes les commodités à proximité , boulangerie, pharmacie, Petit, supermarché. Pompe à essence et c’est tout près des axes autoroutier ce qui permet de très rapidement aller d’un endroit à un autre.
What makes this property unique
Villa Theolina est une petite maisonnette très pratique tout est à porter de main avec son petit jardin pour les repas extérieur. Son petit coin détente. Sa cuisine bien équipée avec son petit coin, repas intérieur, ce qui rend le séjour plus économique. Sa grande chambre son agencement. En général on vient pour visiter la région, mais on est bien content de se retrouver dans un petit chez soi quand on rentre de toutes ces petites escapades.
