You will be in heaven in this lovely 1 bedroom downstairs unit with a private patio just a few steps to the beach boardwalk, the pool, or hot tub this is it! Nicely appointed unit offers comfort for your home away from home in a quiet neighborhood with a private beach. There is no close by public beach parking, so this is a wonderful location with 700 feet of pristine private beach. Escape the crowds, this property is safe for you & your family. Occupancy is 4 including children & Infants

This space is perfect for those needing easy access. The first floor unit has it's own patio and is easily accessible. The unit is comfortable and has all you need. We will be adding a washer and dryer unit soon to this unit, but we do have a laundry onsite. I love the work area for remote working, which is light bright and airy.

I respect your wishes as guests. I am a local and available for your needs, however, we offer no contact check in for your safety and comfort. I am a text and a few steps away. And, our goal is your satisfaction with your stay!

One mile down the beach from Jetty Park, and approximately a mile from Port Canaveral, this is an unbelievable spot to watch a launch. You have the comfort of the property, and there is no need to be out in the area's traffic during a launch! Just grab your grocery provisions, and enjoy! This is a prime spot between Jetty Park and world famous Cocoa Beach Pier!

We recommend you get a rental car since there are no area businesses on the beach per ordinance in this area. Which also makes it very much like you are a local! Bike rentals are available and they will drop them off on property for you. Uber service is available in the area. And, there are plenty of cab companies, and drivers for pick up and drop off to Orlando International Airport or Melbourne International Airport.
You must be 28 years old or older to rent this unit. And, an ID must be sent to the Host in a message thread. This is a vacation rental, not a hotel. So, it is like your renting someone's home. Office hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Only emergencies are handled after hours, so you must be able to reasonably accommodate your own needs after hours for any non-emergency requests.

Unit Rules

-Quiet hours 10:00 pm to 9 am and must observed
-Pool hours 9 am to dusk, no access after these hours
-Pool: Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
-Pool: No diving and running, no glass and food around and in the pool! Swim at your own risk.
-Pool: No glass or food in the pool area.
-Pool: Swim at your own risk, no life guard on duty.
-Do not give out any Gate Code to others.
-2 parking spaces per unit
-Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balconies or walls.
-No pets other than owner pets. We are sorry, but we are NOT a pet friendly complex for our guests. Service dogs are allowed with documentation and a vest.
-No boats, motorcycles including scooters, motor homes, RVs, campers, or trailers are allowed on property. If you bring them on property, you will be asked to remove them.
-No skateboarding or motorized scooters or skate boards on property.
-No drone use on property except for on the beach.
-No additional guests without express permission from Kay.

-Do not take bath towels outside, beach towels are provided for you to use -Wash sand off the beach gear with the hose at the shower area at the end of each boardwalk.
-Excessive sand in the unit will be billable for additional cleaning fees that apply.
-Host assumes no responsibility for refunds due to things that may break but are out of the control of the Host such as appliances, Hurricanes, power outages, internet outages, or any other situation out of the control of the owner and or Host.

No fireworks per Cape Canaveral City Ordinance.
