San Tan Sunset is a single story home with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living, dining, kitchen, and 2 car attached garage. Ceiling fans in living room and all bedrooms. Private backyard with outdoor patio table, 6 chairs, heater, bbq grill, and cornhole/beanbag game.

Quickly unpack in one of three bedrooms with plenty of closet space to organize your belongings. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bath, Smart TV, and large walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, Smart Tv, mirrored closet with great storage. Both queen beds have quality Simmons beautyrest mattresses. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds, comfortable for kids/teens/adults with 10 inch memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms have quality microfiber linens and down alternative comforters.

The three (Living Room, Bedroom 1/Master, Bedroom 2) Smart TV's have a digital antenna for local networks and you are invited to log in to your favorite personal streaming accounts like Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with extra's like a smoothie blender and crockpot.

San Tan Sunset is located in a non-gated HOA community. You will have keypad entry at the front door to operate the smartlock system. At the house there is onsite parking available for up to three overnight vehicles. You will have full access to the garage and driveway. You can walk or bike to the shops (beauty, restaurants, convenience store) adjacent to the neighborhood with most other conveniences just a few miles away (Fry's Grocery 2.2 miles, Walmart 4 miles, Walgreens 2.5 miles). A convenient drive to/from local airports, Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport (16 miles) and Phoenix Sky Harbor International (48 miles).
