The huge shower has 3 separate shower heads. At night the Bunk Room gets an excellent view of the Ferris Wheel when lit up at Wonderland Amusements. The Main BedRoom is generous in size. Ample dresser/drawer space and a walk-in closet. There is a king bed with new mattress and if you opt for the Linen Package, (which is $500 per week) all towels, sheets, blankets and comforters will be fully made, all crisp and clean for each room. The Main Bath Room was remodeled with custom His and Her sink vanities, customer shower with multiple shower heads and heated towel bar. Privacy and luxury in this Main Room. The two original hall bathrooms on the 2nd and 3rd Floors have been thoughtfully restored to improve function while keeping their awesome porcelain tubs- the perfect place for a hot bubble bath to soak away all the salt water and sun lotion. Or for those little kiddos who just aren't ready for the awesome outdoor surfer shower. The tweenagers or Millenials that show up late can have the 3rd floor all to themselves. Each floor is zoned for it's own A/C so there should be no hot spots; being relegated to the top floor should be comfortable for all. There is a queen bed with new mattress in the front of the house. This room has a nice peak of an ocean view. The other room on the 3rd floor has two twin beds with new mattresses. Plenty of built-in storage in this charming room. We also have a roll-away cot that is stored in the closet which can be pulled out if needed. The home has been furnished with a comfortable style and a nod to its nautical setting. The adults will have plenty of rooms on the main floor to recharge and relax. The bonus of a sun room/office will give a quiet spot if work-from-home needs to get done. The rear yard is a nice oasis for either early morning coffee or an evening to enjoy the party lights and the glow from the amusements. Why spend money on dining out when there is a gas Weber grill ready to use at your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any type of meal your family wants to whip up. New appliances and a thoughtful layout will make preparing a meal easy. There's enough seating for all between the chandelier lit dining room, outdoor dining on the deck and the picnic table on the lawn. Or feed the crew in stages- the older kids are close enough to head off to the boardwalk on their own, while the adults dine in quiet and at their leisure.
