Welcome to our house of character, a sandstone building dating from 1945, recently renovated with care to combine authenticity and modern comfort. Nestled in a green and peaceful setting, it offers a real haven of peace for holidays with family or friends.

The house retains all the charm of the old with its exposed stone walls and period fireplaces, while offering contemporary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It includes a new kitchen, a bathroom, a living/dining room, 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom ideal for a child or a single adult.

Outside, enjoy a garden, a terrace perfect for outdoor dining, and the surrounding calm, far from the urban hustle and bustle. The house is part of an old agricultural complex, with a farmyard.

Located between Corrèze, Dordogne and Périgord, near Brive-la-Gaillarde, the house is the ideal starting point to discover listed villages (Collonges-la-Rouge, Sarlat, Rocamadour), castles, caves, markets and hiking trails. A mini-market is only 5 km away.
