Overall this is a great place to stay! Loved the large windows, gorgeous original hardwood floor, and the updated kitchen! It is close to the highway and has a great brewery right across the street. Will definitely look for this place again when we are back in town!

We would stay again! Traveled for college wrestling National Duals. Was a perfectly updated and comfortable place to stay! Access and on site parking were easy. The beds were very comfortable. The owner responded quickly with any questions. The location was wonderful with a Brewery across the street and downtown Waterloo restaurants blocks away. It was very cold so we drove. The UNI Dome in Cedar Falls was an easy 10min drive. Downtown Cedar Falls was also a fun city to dine.
