Everything was clean and as expected. Lots of nice touches for a comfortable stay. We were in town for a wedding and it gave us a great space to work from as we got ready.

Stayed here while visiting family and friendsThis property had all of our requirements. 1- large fenced in backyard 2- King size bed! 3- off street parking and extremely clean!!A lot of other things made the stay just perfect. very soft towels, keurig machine, doggie cleanup bags, gate on the deck. Back yard and patio were very nice and enjoyable to use. The kids loved the swing set and hammock! There is no aquarium in the bedroom as shown in pictures. The house is older which I don't mind, however, I have chronic migraines that can be induced by strong smells and my 3 kids have asthma. The problem was the fragrance sprayer and the bedding having such a strong fragrance that it was too much. All in all a nice place to stay.

Overall we got what the listing said. This is a dated house with absolutely no frills. While I knew it was a pet friendly house I did not expect the comforters to be covered in pet hair - to the point they were unusable. We did not initiate any conversation with the property manager and they did not initiate any with us.

Backyard Dog Heaven

This property was perfect for bringing pets. House was good-sized for two adults/two dogs. Outside gate latch was very challenging to operate & we couldn’t open inside sliding glass door. That would’ve improved our convenience. However, we used the attached garage doors to let them in/out. Dogs loved the fenced-in, big back yard, overlooking Liberty Creek. We would consider staying here again, if/when Waterloo is a future destination, while with our dogs. An ionizer might be a better option for masking an older home’s smells vs. automatic air fresheners, IMHO. All in all, a good two night stay.

unfortunate circumstance

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. We stayed only one night and had planned 4. I had gone in to make the king size bed and noticed and insect crawling on the pillow. It was an adult bed bug. Looked around briefly and saw no other bugs anywhere. This ended our stay and was very satisfied with customer service from Evolve. We would like to be refunded the $103 fee you charged us when we booked this visit. Thank you
