We had a great stay here! The home was clean and in a great area for where we wanted to be. The price was reasonable, the beds were comfy, and everything was clean. The host was an excellent communicator. I got several messages ahead of time clearly explaining the check-in and check-out process. The host was quick to respond and seemed dedicated to making sure we had a great experience. Overall, we had a nice time and would stay here again.

This property met our need for gathering with our family in Waterloo. It was comfortable. The house smelled clean when we entered. They could invest in some new pots and baking pans. I was disappointed that the walk-in shower was in the basement. I had brought my 85 year old sister with me and I could not take her down those stairs to use it.Overall, I would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

Nice home, basic necessities which is what we were looking for. The property was fairly clean - air vents/heat vents were noticeably dusty. We did wish there were more than 2 extra blankets as it was chilly at night. Also there was only one pillow on one of the beds. Adding nightstands to the bedroom would be nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Gas grill, needs an o-ring on the regulator or it leaks. Uneven concrete on sidewalk, and decking needs to be replaced, be mindful of your footing.Overall, excellent. Plenty of room to spread or be all together at the same time. Loved the fenced in back yard! The propane tank was empty, we exchanged it and they reimbursed right away! Great communication and hosts! Will stay again!
