This was a perfect location for our first few nights in CR. Jurgen was an awesome host. Beautiful surroundings and pool area. Would definitely recommend.

Check-in was easy. The host was easy to contact and answered quickly. The apt was fine but could definitely use some upgrading. There were little things missing: a hair dryer, iron/steamer, kettle…There was a washer and dryer available when the pool guy was there to unlock the door. Pool was kept up and warm. Nice and close to several lovely beaches where the sunsets were beautiful. The sunset was not visible from the apt. Overall, we had a nice peaceful stay.

Amazing Stay

Jurgen was a great host. The place is unreal and beautiful. The guy that works there Jenaro is a very sweet man, he helped me get some fresh fish and shrimp which we cooked at the property. All and all it was an amazing stay. Thank you Jurgen

Lovely Quiet Spot

This property was beautiful and peaceful. The owner was friendly and prompt to respond to messages and provide recommendations in the area. Just wish the shower had more pressure and was a little warmer.

Great place to get/stay away from crowds

Very comfortable and quiet. 1.8km from nearest beach…about a 20’ walk. Very helpful host (drove me to town to pick up a few groceries). Thanks Jurgen! We had a few days of intermittent water pressure but it didn’t negatively impact us.

Perfect week-long stay

This apartment is perfect for couples. It is quiet, peaceful and removed from the fray - yet only a few minutes away from a number of beautiful beaches or fantastic restaurants. Having a car is highly recommended. In the morning, you can hear howler monkeys and watch a variety of birds start their day. The kitchen has all you need for a short stay and the owner, Jurgen, was super attentive and responsive. We highly recommend this option for a week in Guanacaste.

Modern and cozy appartment

This is a modern place with pretty much everything you might need to be in a place close to your favorite beaches. The place was clean, modern, everything is kind of new which is a plus, lots of green areas in the property and the thing we loved most was the pool! Huge pool, clean and the water was not freezing like most pools, what else can you ask. We loved the place despite the fact you need to drive a few minutes to get to the beach, but at the same time we had a very peaceful and private place to ourselves.

Peaceful and serene experience

We stayed at this property for 6 nights and absolutely loved the wonderful pool and property. You are better off with a car for sure, like us. There are many beaches within reach. The apartments are private and are spacious for a couple. Internet and smart TV. We enjoyed Guacamaya Lodge for dinner and Jalapeño Eatery. Great sunset from the beaches in the area. Definitely laid back area.

My husband and I came to Costra Rica for a quick 3 day trip. This place was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful sounds of nature. Jurgen was always available when we needed him. The battery was out in the ceiling fan remote. Within 30 minutes he was at the place with fresh batteries. I highly recommend this place if you are coming to the beutiful Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Amazing

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. The pool was large and very clean. The hosts were great and very helpful. If you want a quite , relaxing space this is it. You can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach at night.
