A Tropical Luxury Getaway, Your own private resort!!

This house is located on the open water with private dock and private in ground pool has five (5) bedrooms with king size beds with private bathroom and the 6th bedroom with three (3) queen size beds and their own bathroom. Bedroom six (6) with queen size beds has Foosball and Shuffleboard game table. All bedrooms have their own smart TV's to log into whatever platform you may need. Full kitchen with dining room, and spacious exterior porch. Downstairs you will have plenty of seating with table and chairs, couches, loungers by pool area, beach cabanas, hammock, and two tiki huts to relax under. Bar area under home has big screen tv to watch the games on with a commercial ice machine, poker table with roulette wheel, darts, and Pac man machine for the kids or kids at heart still. Fishing poles, light tackle, Ping Pong table under home, paddle boards (2), kayaks (5) and beach cruisers (6) to ride around on. Receiver in bar area to play local radio stations or bluetooth connectivity with speaker all over the back yard.

My husband and I have been in the Florida Keys now for over 30+ years. He is a transplant from St. Louis Missouri and I'm a Georgia peach! We own a local construction business and have been in business now for 21 years. We designed and built the Sterling Bay House together and still remain happily married (at most times LOL!). We are raising our 9-year-old son and working for a better future for us. The Florida Keys are unlike any other place, it may get exhausting at times because we function like a third world country and you have to get off "the rock" as us locals say, but there really is no place like it! The beautiful Ocean laid back atmosphere and friendly people are what keep us here. We are extremely lucky to live where others vacation.

This property is very unique for this location, for a house to have 6 bedrooms 6.5 baths private large pool, private dock on the open water is very rare for this location. Most houses in this area are connecting houses or located on the same property to accommodate this many people in a party .

We think what makes our property unique is you really do not have to even leave this place. All of our past guest's number one comment is you don't have to leave this place! It is so relaxing and a place for everyone to come together or have there alone time.
