This 5 bedroom 3 bath house with pool on Ocean front property on Highway 1. Located just 20 miles away from Key West. This lovely home has its own huge pool area with full lounge chairs all the way around pool area, the pool is heated. Grill. Full WiFi. TVs in every bedroom! Brand new kitchen! Travel down our private dock to Cudjoe Bay, hop one of the kayaks and take a healthy paddle with your friends/family or a swim with the dolphins. For the boaters, water depth runs between 1 foot and 2 feet depending on tide at the dock. Wake up to breathtaking ocean views every day! The lighthouse right out back for some of the best Florida Keys fishing. Dolphin, Wahoo, Snapper, Grouper, and some of the most beautiful reefs in the world. The number 1 restaurant in the keys , Square Grouper, is just minutes away. This five bedroom home has been set up and furnished with your complete comfort in mind. The TV and the air conditioner in the master suite did not work when we arrived, took a couple of days to get fixed other than that everything was great. Also ran out of toilet paper.

Our family of 2 adults and 5 children really enjoyed the space. It was comfortable and fun. I would definitely rent here again. The only issue we had was with the AC in the master suite. It didn't work for half of our 7-night stay, even after the property manager sent a contractor to work on it 2-3 times. In the end, it was just going to have to be replaced. If you stay here, be sure to look through the house before buying any cleaning supplies or paper goods, because it came with a lot more than I expected. There were games, books, and puzzles stashed all over the house. Between that and the pool, you cannot get bored there. The view was amazing. The house is just as its pictured. We ended up renting a pontoon boat that could navigate the shallow waters. The kayaks were also fun, though.

We loved our stay! The home was WONDERFUL and the location was perfect! A bonus was it was only a few minutes away from The Square Grouper restaurant which we thought was one of the best restaurants in The Keys. The homehad everything - 5 spacious bedroom, a WONDERFUL large porch overlooking the pool and the ocean, a large pool, a hot tub, bicycles, and kayaks. It was beyond what I expected and I would definitely stay there again!

Cudjoe Key property was WONDERFUL!!

We stayed for just over a week and absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautiful and spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 teens to spread out. The pool was a great addition allowing for relaxation and fun time for the kids. The loacation allowed us to travel throughout the Keys to various locations without long trips in the car. We loved it here and cant wait to visit again!

Beautiful home

We loved the spacious home with pool and little fishing dock. The kayaks were fun too. It was roughly 30 minutes to key west and the same to marathon key. Would definitely stay again.

Love this location!

We had a fabulous time staying here! Check-in and communication was easy. The house comfortably fit 10 people. The kitchen was well-stocked even though we brought some of our own stuff. My favorite feature is the separate ice maker we could all fill our Stanley’s from. The pool was wonderful although we did bring our own umbrella for some shade. We launched our paddleboards from the floating dock, it was fairly easy to navigate in and out of there. There was plenty of room to park our cars. He drive to Key West was quick and painless. Overall, we would definitely stay here again

Perfect hideaway for 55th year HS reunion

We’re a group of seniors in our late 60’s getting together for a HS reunion .There were 7 of us, and this house comfortably accommodated all of us.It’s conveniently located 15/20 minutes from Bahia Honda and about 30 minutes to Key West .The view from the house is just sublime. Beautiful turquoise water to the horizon.I heartily recommend this house for your next large family gathering or reunion .

Great Family Gathering

This house was just at presented on VRBO. We had a large family vaca and it was perfect . Everyone enjoyed using the kayaks , pool and hot tub.
