Angler Sunrise..Luxury House on water

Our Lake House is located on a private canal on Big Lake Calcasieu and at the edge of the Sabine Refuge in a friendly and safe neighborhood. Wake up and watch a spectacular sunrise down the canal while enjoying your morning coffee and the morning breeze on a spacious screen porch. Located in Anger Bay it’s only a 20 minute drive to the coast, five minute drive to a grocery store, and twenty five minute to a casino. You can crab off the bulkhead in the backyard, park your boat at the dock, and clean the days catch in a screened fish cleaning room located in the boat house. This 4 bedroom and 2 bath open floor plan home has been freshly painted and has a well stocked kitchen. Granite counter tops, appliances, full size washer and dryer, and Direct TV are just a few of the amenities. Downstairs is a screened porch with ceiling fans, 2 outdoor TVs, refrigerator/freezer for beverages/food/storing your catch of the day, outdoor games, and BBQ pit. There is plenty of parking and a fenced yard. Corporate leasing available and fishing guide references available.
