Perfect Weekend

This was a great little house. So tastefully done and comfortable. Easy access to so many restaurants, bars, parks, grocery etc, yet close to downtown and Northern Kentucky! The bonus was being pet friendly with a great fenced in yard and large deck. We loved our stay!

Perfect fit for our stay!

We needed a place to stay with our dogs while bathrooms were being remodeled. The house was perfect for our stay and the backyard has a privacy fence so it worked great with the dogs. Great location - restaurants and shopping close by. I only gave location four stars because it is not great for walking dogs without any traffic.

Nice stay.

Nice, quiet stay. It really needed a ceiling fan to help move the air. Big backyard, the necessities were provided, nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a telephone poll right next to the driveway and there is no street parking but the driveway is very long and can hold at least 3 cars. There were only 5 hangers and no dresser but big closets. Would highly recommend.

Great location to downtown Cincy

Overall the home was perfect for our family of 3. Location towards downtown Cincy was about a 15min drive to just about anywhere, we visited the zoo, the aquarium and the Great American Ballpark. Couple of smaller issues: the outdoor space as the grass wasn’t mowed and there was dog poop in the back yard, this prevented us from enjoying the back yard. Additionally the fans in the bedrooms were remote controlled but if you controlled one it also did the same to the other. For example if someone turned their fan down, it would turn the fan on the other room down as well. Again these were smaller issues so overall a good stay!

The property was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful shower! The bed was comfortable, and the ability to pull in off the street to park was very nice. Just a few steps to get into the home and you can park all the way up to the steps. We hope to stay again!
