No vineyard but the view of the lake was good. The house was clean and worked well for our needs but the TV needs cable. Over all it was good experience.

Our home is a hidden gem walking distance to Walker boat access being 2 minutes away Great location to stay being close the country fest golf courses are 10 minutes away. Glad you enjoyed your stay

Thank you for staying at our home We also stay at our home 3 to 4 weeks a summer the A/ C works really great for large family. There is a Small window A_C in another room. Also cools the room. Sorry but 3/4 of the homes /cabins don't have adequate cooling systems..the evenings are rather cool and comforting

Its was a decent place to stay on short notice for a guys fishing trip.

I've stayed in nicer places but I've also stayed in worse. Great location for fishing. Probably a little overpriced but we also booked on very short notice so there wasnt much left for our timeframe. Overall it was fine.

Nice location near Walker

We rented this property for a 3 day fishing trip on Leech Lake. Walker public landing is only a minute down the road. The property’s driveway was large enough to hold two trucks with trailered boats. Downtown Walker is about a mile walk, which was nice to go grab a bite after getting off the lake. No complaints on the property and the host Dale was nice and responsive

My family of 5 and I was staying at this location for my niece’s wedding reception. The main floor was fine, but the upstairs bathroom had carpet on the floor and there was poop all over the toilet, on the carpet, on the wall. It was discussing. The first day we arrived the host called and asked how things were and we told him of the mess upstairs, and he said that he has different cleaning people come in, so he wasn’t sure why that didn’t get cleaned up. The second night he started texting me at 10:22 saying that five cars were too many and that he was watching us on his camera. He would send five texts at a time. It seemed like he had been drinking alcohol. He accused me of running a flop house when my nephew stopped by to drop some items off. He was there for about 45-50 minutes. He continued to text and harass me for about a hour and a half. He then started texting me and harassing me about the upstairs bathroom being a mess! I would not recommend staying at this place!

OMG Aug.29 to Sept.1st . Answer this why didnt you call me if there was human fecis all over everyone in america would have called, except you . Why didnt you call??? Icall you at 11 am on Aug.30 i would of been mad if i woulda seen Poop all over. Your a Liar Liar liar Your so called family are all adults over 20 didn't follow house rules. Left the fridge a mess. DIRT all over the floors. So they didnt remove there shoes. I called Christian spoke with asking if he got in ok and if everything was ok . This conversation was the Aug.30th 2nd day of his stay at 11am He replied everythings great !! Told you if theres any problems please text or call. Christians so say family broke my upstairs bathroom door . Also one of his family MEMBERS decide to put human POOP on the walls also on the floor all over the toilet Very disrespectful of another person property. I see he never taught his family no manors, morals, and to respect others peoples property. Hope all Host read this DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE. DIDNT FOLLOW HOUSE RULES SMEARED HUMAN FECES ON MY BATHROOM WALLS. POOP ALL OVER THE FLOOR POOP ALL OVER THE TOILET. Tried to say my cleaning person was responsible the up stairs bathroom or the other guest My guest before was husband and wife . Did a bass tournament stayed 9 days People before are professional home cleaners. That have stayed for the last 3 yrs. and the brother that stays upstairs is a U.S. Marine

This Property owner just need some More experience..

When we came the refrigerator was full of food which we put on the bottom shelf in the back. The freezer as well had food in it which we put in the back of the freezer. That made me uncomfortable. The cabinets had food or dishes or plates in every shelf leaving no place for us to put our stuff separately. We moved their things to the top one or two shelves of each cabinet so we could use the bottom shelves. The place is not handicap accessible and I have Parkinson’s disease so it was very difficult getting in and out. We went to the dollar store and bought a tub mat but some grab handles in the bathroom would be really good for everyone but especially for elderly or handicapped. Lots of scatter rugs which we rolled up and put aside for safety. One dilemma was no lighting over the dining room or living room area and no table lamps except for one going into the bedroom area there was no way of eating a meal after dark at the table so we move the table up to the front windows which serve two purposes. We had window light and a view of the Lake. Also there was a ceiling light over the table. The place had a friendly feel to it, four bedrooms to spread out children and people and three couches for visiting and relaxation. We would consider staying there again if a few handicapped adjustments were made and if there was proper lighting or the table could stay by the window.
