New villa with a pool and air conditioning

A modern and luxurious newly built holiday villa in the holiday paradise of Empuriabrava, featuring 4 bedrooms, a beautiful terrace, garden, and pool. This holiday villa offers all the comforts you need to enjoy your holiday. The villa features a cosy living/dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds (all with satellite TV and air conditioning)—one of which is en suite—and 3 bathrooms. The villa is equipped with: air conditioning in all rooms, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine, cable/satellite TV, electric shutters, and parking for 2 cars. Thanks to the villa’s central location, shops, restaurants, and the beautiful golden-sand beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Empuriabrava and its surroundings offer unlimited recreational opportunities, such as skydiving, all kinds of water sports, and golf, as well as a wide range of cultural attractions like the Dalí Museum in Figueres, the ruins of Ampurias, and the Sant Pere de Rodes Monastery. Outdoor Area: Terrace with a dining table for eight people, swimming pool with steps, and an outdoor shower. The villa can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday! Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented from us. Prices: Bed linens: €12.00 per person. Towel package: €10.00 per person. You must bring your own large beach towels.
