Almost Heaven Rentals Galena who has been in the business of managing vacation rental’s since 2002 is happy to offer you this vacation rental. Located in the SW corner of The Galena Territory near the south golf course. This home is just a quick turn off of Eagle Ridge Drive and sits in a cul-de-sac.
Cozy Canterbury is a four-bedroom four-bathroom two story home. With an open kitchen, living and dining area for optimal togetherness. Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main floor therefore this home will suit all types of groups well, especially families with the multigenerational needs.The primary bedroom has a King size bed with a full attached bath including a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed with a three stooges’ theme and a hallway bath which is also used for the living area.

Two more bedrooms are located on the upper level, to the left you will have a queen bed with an attached bathroom and to the right you will have two twin beds that will have a full bathroom located just a few steps into the hallway.
The laundry room is located on the main floor hallway between the kitchen and the bathroom.
An open concept main floor makes being together a breeze, the front entry way opens to the living room which has a gas fireplace and wooded views. The dining room attached to the living room has a beautiful table to seat eight guests and opens to the lovely screened in porch. This well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to settle in and make some wonderful meals and memories. The eating counter has four bar stools as well.

The outdoor areas are wooded and are fabulous, three deck spaces in total. The back deck holds the gas grill and has an 8-person hot tub that can be enjoyed year-round. The middle deck area has a lovely screened in porch with a dining table and chairs. Walk through the screened porch to get to the front deck table and chairs and enjoy the fresh air.

This home is dog friendly, has a maximum capacity of 10 guests and comes with 6 proximity cards, additional day passes may be purchased at the Homeowners club. Guests of this home enjoy all of the homeowners amenities in The Galena Territory including the two pools, fitness center, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, pickle ball and tennis. Lake Galena is about ten minutes away and can be accessed by calling the marina to reserve a pontoon boat or kayak. Whether this is your first time to the Galena Territory or your fiftieth this home and area have plenty to explore.
