The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience.

THINGS TO KNOW
The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability.
This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
The den is open without a partition or wall.
Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice place in Ocean City.

Lovely view of ocean. Nice accommodations in the condo. Some amenities in the complex itself were closed for the season as expected (e.g. the outdoor pool for our Dec visit) but would have liked others to be available (e.g. billiards room was also closed). Weight room was for ages 18 and some of our teens would have enjoyed using that. Overall a nice property and good communications with the host. Convenient location to everything in the Ocean City area.

An excellent condo, but not perfect

We loved the spectacular ocean view, and cleanliness of the condo, the building amenities, and the great location. We would have given 5 stars, except the on-suite bath is very cramped -- you can hardly use the toilet, and it's cramped getting into the shower. Fortunately, there is a second bath that's "normal" :-)

Fantastic!!!

The condo was very clean and had everything including bath towels and sheets! The bathrooms were updated. The view was spectacular. The 3 pools were clean and warm. The beach was just steps away. The arcade was great for the kids. Taking everything into consideration, this was the best condo we've stayed at! Thank you for having us!

Nostalgia Keeps me Returning

We've been staying at SeaWatch for almost 2 decades now. Our families would travel from all over and take 4 or 5 condos, we would all share many memories together. I took my husband and son here for the first time last week. The views are always beautiful, the rooms always a surprise (how it's decorated, what theme the owners went with, etc...) Some things were different. They provide sheets and towels now which is great. It does cost $50 to park, I'm not sure if that's new. For the price, we feel it might be more convenient to stay in a hotel with a suite that provides more such as room service, breakfast, free parking, etc... But I will always be a fan of SeaWatch mainly for the memories :)

Perfect young family vacation!

It was clean, parking was easy and close, so much to do in the facility and nearby! Gorgeous beach view! We loved every minute of this trip and would absolutely book this place again!

Great On the Beach Location!

Sea Watch has activities for kids and adults. There are indoor and outdoor pools, easy access to the beach, indoor movie theatre and a game room. Conveniently located within walking distance of eating, shopping and groceries. All units seem to have beautiful ocean and bay views. Stayed here 3 times now and never been disappointed.
