Very clean and comfortable

We stayed here with two other baseball families during a tournament in the Sarasota area. It was a perfect place to come back to after the games for a rest and only about 15 minutes from the Cal Ripken fields. It was very clean and comfortable. We will remember this one for sure for our next time in the area.

Family christmas trip

Great property and amazing hosts. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood. Hosts were top notch. We had to adjust our dates and then made a mistake on our end. Perfect vacation home

We stayed in this lovely home with four adults. The layout of the house was perfect starting with the dining area and enjoying coffee together in the mornings. The bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were so friendly and helpful as to giving suggestions for restaurants. We would certainly stay again when we visit Sarasota again.

Very Good Choice

Our group of 5 adults had a great stay. The house was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The owner was very prompt in replying to everything we asked. The beds were comfortable and had nice linens. The TVs do not get “regular” channels (ABC, CBS & NBC) but it was no problem for us. I would highly recommend staying here.

Month of February rental 2023

The house is newly updated throughout with new furnishings and fixtures. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood and is excellent for walking, close to shopping and minutes from downtown and the beach..The owner installed anew gas grill which was enjoyable. .We had no issues with the rental and recommend it.

Spacious Clean House in Sweet Neighborhood

The house was light and airy, but the best feature was the kitchen! While we were not long enough there to do any cooking, it was big and clean and very nice to gather around and talk. The master bedroom is quite large. There is no closet, but a hanging rack with adequate hangers sufficed nicely. The master bath is very nice. We were 6 family members; 3 couples attending a wedding, so we were only there for 2 nights. Would definitely stay again.

Girls golf getaway

We loved our stay! Quiet neighborhood, easy access to golf courses, shopping, Pickle Ball, Sarasota, restaurants, airport, etc. Very clean, everything worked as it should, very spacious. Would definitely stay here again. only two minor suggestions: consider a rug for under the kitchen table to absorb sound, because when people got up it can get noisy l for those still sleeping, and only one bedroom had a TV. We worked around it by having coffee and chatting in the living room. Fantastic rental, one of the best.

Holiday Family Time

Clean minimalist home. Had a few starter toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Some pots and pans. Bathroom small shampoo and conditioner travel, but no hand soap. Overall 8 stayed comfortably and enjoyed the home.
