Red rocks concert trip

Beautiful surroundings and good location. Made a trip for a concert at red rocks a great experience as well as eating at the Fort restaurant nearby which was amazing.

Stay was great, plenty of space for a large group. Lots of bed space downstairs. House had eveeytjing that you could need and some. Beautiful day and night view! Host was very accomadating and made a point to quickly take care of any issue at all. Great stay!

Great location and responsive owner

This property is well maintained and in a beautiful location overlooking the mountains. The property is well set up for a group of people, as each bedroom has its own bathroom and all of the rooms are separated. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Alex was very responsive. Thanks Alex for the great stay!

This is a great location, big house (15 people stay), beautiful view on the massive deck. We communicated with the host easily for requests and info. If you have more than 6 cars, plan on parking at the nearby myer park ranch.

Friends golf and rafting stay

My friends and I had a great weekend of white-water rafting and golfing in the Morrison area. This property was a wonderful accommodation for our stay. The last day we hung out at the property and took in the views. Plenty of restaurants nearby but highly suggest taking advantage of the grill on the deck if the weather is nice out!

Heavenly stay

Our trip was a large group gathering. The property was well appointed and checking was simple. We had to shift a few things on the fly and Alexander was very accommodating. My recommendation is to spend your time in the surrounding small mountain towns. Great food and people for sure.

House is absolutely beautiful and doesn’t disappoint. Master bedroom and bath is a dream. Plenty of places for people to relax and eat…. We had 9 people and found that the house provided plenty of room for everyone. But the best part of this house is the deck which is huge, includes a large hot tub, a fire table with seating for 6-8 people around it, a gas grill and a swing overlooking the fabulous views. The fact that the house had 2 main floor bedrooms and only 4 steps from the front door to main floor makes this house very accessible for the elderly. Would highly recommend this house. The owner is very helpful and responsive if there are issues.

This home has it all!!!

Beautiful home in the mountains with wildlife and amazing views, night time and sunrise of the glittering lights of Denver. We were at this City View Drive home in mid September. The Host was accommodating, friendly and readily available for questions. Our family, who enjoys cooking, wine, and socializing had a wonderful experience. The kitchen was well equipped, functional, and gorgeous and hanging out on the deck or in the hot tub was so relaxing and soothing.

The second I stepped foot on the balcony of this property I fell in love with it. The neighborhood is calm, and peaceful, everyone waves hello, smiles and looks out for one another, its a small town feel relatively close to the city.

What makes this property unique

The view here is amazing! The home has floor to ceiling windows throughout and the view from the balcony can not be beat, you get the lights of the city and the mountains a in one heck of a panoramic shot. Four patio doors open fully to allow for the fresh mountain air to filled the home, excellent entertaining whether its a couple of guests or a gathering with good friends. Soaking in the spa on the balcony underneath the starlit sky provides a relaxing end to any day and is sure to sooth you into a beautiful nights rest. This home is nestled in the foothills of Colorado, not far from downtown Denver, but just far enough from downtown Denver, the best of both worlds, don't take our word for it, come experience it yourself at The City View.
