Guest access
Guests will have full, exclusive private access to the log home and game room in attached garage! Car parking only in the parking area.

Other things to note
❄ Winter Arrivals (November–April)
To enjoy the best views in Bailey, you do have to drive to the top — and the reward is absolutely worth it.
The driveway is steep and mountain conditions can change quickly in winter.
4WD or high-clearance AWD is required from November through April, and snow tires are strongly recommended.
We have professional snow removal and regularly apply ice melt, but timing cannot always align perfectly with arrival or departure windows. Please plan accordingly and be prepared for typical Colorado winter driving conditions.
Guests arriving in 2WD or with low-clearance vehicles during winter may have difficulty accessing the property.

👥 Guest Count
Please ensure your reservation reflects the accurate number of guests.
For safety and licensing compliance, exterior cameras monitor entry areas and guest count. Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given.
Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge per person, per night.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, due to county fire regulations and wildfire risk.
If smoking occurs on-site, additional cleaning fees and penalties will apply.

This home is located in a natural mountain environment. Wildlife such as deer, foxes, bears, and other animals may pass through the property.
Please:
• Secure food and trash
• Avoid leaving scented items outdoors
• Keep doors and windows closed when not in use
