5-Bedroom 3.5-Bath duplex residence located on the free Town of Vail bus. This property features five bedrooms with bedding as follows: King; 2 Queen bed; Twin bed; One room with 4 twins (2 sets of bunks). There is also a one car garage. This home features a large and bright living room, with ample seating for all to enjoy a great time after a day of skiing. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee of $400 will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

Great Home

Home was very spacious and a great place to hang out for the weekend. The hot tub was a great spot for us to drink wine and hang out in the evening. Vail Realty was super easy to deal with.

Wonderful Stay

Our group had a wonderful stay and this was a great location. The only complaint I have is having to go into Vail to check in. There is no physical key so this is definitely something that can be done online.

My family house for my wedding

Nice Home

Nice setting on the golf course. Hot tub very nice worked well for our group. Bus stop close to house, about a 1/4 mile. We stored our equipment at Troy's Ski Shop, and wore street shoes on the bus. Vail Realty very responsive to our needs.

Poorly maintained property

We had no WIFI for a week until last day of our stay. A lot of cooking wares are malfunctional, the coffee pot was leaking... In general, it was one week of poor experience.

Great location

This was a nice house in a great location with an excellent management company. It's an older house with some deferred maintenance, but the primary reason for 4 stars is that most of us that went in the hot tub ended up with a bacterial infection (rash). The management company was made aware of the issue and promptly refunded our cleaning fee.
