Everything was great. Plenty of room for 8 of us! Parking was easy, our truck and jeep fit well. Bus schedule was easy to figure out, to save on parking fees. Plenty of towels, pillows, and the hot tub was nice. The only thing we couldn’t figure out, and I never bothered to ask, was how to get into the garage. Which I believe the garbage bins are in, so we left the trash in cans. Sorry if that was not what we were suppose to do!
Beautiful mountain views. House space accommodated our family of 8 perfectly. Host was easy to work with.

We have stayed in Vail many times. Most places we’ve rented have been perfect, this place not so much! Arrived to a fully loaded dishwasher, no kitchen sponge, no paper towels or kitchen towels. Hot tub was empty upon arrival, but was determined to have a leak, so no one’s fault. Bbq propane tanks empty, reached out to manager, was told I can refill myself and would be reimbursed, no response after receipt was sent. Definitely a property not up to par!
The stay was very accommodating to our group of 8. Plenty of places to sleep and hangout. Having a private hot tub at the end of the ski day was a big amenity! Location was close to the mountain resort and stores (Grocery, Liquor, Gas Stations), only small downside was the public bus stop was out of quick walking distance, but we were still able to drive over to the small parking lot by the nearest bus stop with no issues. House was very nice and well kept! A great mix of modern and cabin feel.
My friends and I had a wonderful time skiing and staying at this great house. We loved being able to cook fun dinners for the whole group with the well stocked kitchen and grill on the deck. Plenty of towels and bedding, great hot tub, beautiful deck, close to grocery stores. Would definitely use again for a group.
The location of the house and the hospitality was great. The home was clean it had everything we needed and more. Kids and family enjoy every single room.
Thanks
Our group of 6 had a great time staying in this well-located house. The living/kitchen is a great place for everyone to hang out, the bedrooms are quiet and private, the hot tub was a hit and the location worked great. We hit the Vail slopes twice and Beaver Creek once. We used Uber to go to dinner - worked great! The house was spacious and well stocked. Overall, a great experience!
Only complaints are we couldn't access the garage because of a snow bank and we couldn't use the hot tub because the water was green and looked really gross. Other than that, we loved the house!
Great stay
Clean and close to all amenities
The only disappointment was one of my kids broke the plastic cover on one of the fridge drawers and we were charged $500 for something that cost 36 bucks on Amazon. We were totally ripped off but what can I do. We broke it and didn’t have enough time to fix it
I would also recommend that , if you’re coming in the winter, you have a four wheel drive. The drive way is very tricky if it’s covered in snow.
It has a concrete wall that narrows at the end of the driveway on a down slope and you can see that it’s been hit many times

Micheal I couldn’t find the part on Amazon your referencing as we had to hire an appliance service company to order the part from the manufacturer and pay and delivery and install fee. Apologize about that.
Thank you
The house is a wonderful structure at the end of a tricky cul de sac. For our group of professional women who use VRBO for skiing & beach vacations, this was our least favorite. Our safety and comfort during the winter season was compromised: sliding glass bedroom door unable to close completely or lock/unlit, icy, steep staircase/bed with worn foam mattress that slumped to the floor/bed supported by concrete cinderblock instead of a repaired frame creating uneven sleeping surface/blown bulbs in bathroom with no replacements/cobwebs adorning a beautiful vaulted ceiling/bunk bed with no visible access to top bunk/a heating system that had somehow been locked at 62° until a lengthy conversation with owner who was able to make the change remotely. Since these are all basic maintenance issues with minimal expense considering a $7000wk rental fee, we thought things could have been better to live up to the caliber of VRBO properties we've stayed in over the years. Even the suggestion that we go to the store, purchase bulbs, and be reimbursed was unexpected. Most owners are more than happy to keep guests comfortable & pleased with their units. Perhaps a new management company would be the ticket for the owners who don't live close enough to be of assistance in a timely or convenient fashion.

Shelley first of all thank you for coming. Being that there was 1 light bulb out in the entire property I thought it may be acceptable to not send our maintenance person for a single light bulb to be changed. I apologize if this was not acceptable. VRBO homes are private homes and while we strive to do our best to make enjoyable stays there are times when something may be unnoticed by our cleaning staff and for that I apologize.
Best of luck to you.

Caveat Emptor
We specifically selected this larger than needed property for our ski vacation for our family of four for the hot tub amenity. A much more suitable sized and attractive log cabin style property two doors away did not have a hot tub. Upon arrival it was evident that this property had been well used. To the property owners credit it had recent updates in the bathrooms which were nice. The deck had a nice view but the railings were wobbly and did not appear very safe. The stair case from the parking area to the main floor is very steep so anyone who has difficulty with stairs should avoid this property. Windows and sliding doors were not in good working order and one was missing a security bolt which put me on edge. On arrival the hot tub was at a paltry 75 degrees. But as law requires refilling for each new guest I paid it no mind. There is plenty of space to indeed sleep 10 people and we didn’t use two of the bedrooms. 24 hours later after a full day of skiing and looking forward to a hot tub soak apres ski, we found the tub to be still at 75 degrees. I messaged the property owner who stated that he found out Saturday the heater was broke and didn’t have time to tell us. (Even though on check in I had to message him to get the right door code to get into the property). We arrived Sunday, this was Monday and he said the heater was scheduled to be fixed on Wednesday. Thinking I would have two days of use and that things like this happen I accepted his word. Unfortunately when we checked out on Friday the hot tub had not been fixed and remained unusable during our entire stay. As we had paid a premium for this property for that amenity I requested a $500 consideration from the property owner. He has been unresponsive since. VRBO was of no assistance and suggested I leave a review. I don’t care to leave poor reviews and tried to get this resolved through my credit card. The dispute was denied as VRBO doesn’t guarantee amenities. I tried to be reasonable but I am left only with this review to warn others to beware not only of the property but VRBO won’t help either.

Aaron I apologize that you didn’t have the experience that you were hoping for. We do rent the house at a really competitive price for the vail market. We were notified a few hours before about the hot tub issue before you checked in. Unfortunately the repair was one that required a part be ordered and we were told a day or two after the trip for the repair was scheduled.
As owners we can’t 100% guarantee an amenity is perfect at all moments of the year, but we did respond to get the maintenance provider out with In 48hrs of being notified.
Let me know if we can offer you something in the future.
