This gorgeous townhouse condominium was finished in February 2010. It has 4 private bedrooms and 4 bathrooms surrounding a fantastic great room, dining room, and large kitchen. Sleeps 10 comfortably. 2 car garage. For those of you with little ones, we also have a toddler bed and pack & play (in addition to the 10 regular beds.) The kitchen has granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. The great room surrounds a stunning stone hearth and over-sized windows provide breathtaking views of Buffalo Mountain and the White River National Forest. The condo has radiant floor heating for maximum comfort and a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. It has a gas fireplace; secure wireless Internet access; cable TV with DVD player; stereo with iPod hookup; and humidifiers. New club house contains three hot tubs, a heated pool, a sauna, a workout room, pool table, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, and racquetball.

Lovely home with nice space between the living room and kitchen/dining area for two families to comfortably spend time together. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows available, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes for cooking.

We had a great stay. The house gave us a nice space to gather, play games and enjoy time with our family. Eric was very responsive when we had questions. The clubhouse was nice but we were not able to turn on the jets on the hot tubs but the water was very nice. The kids enjoyed the gameroom and and pool.

Great place, great location

Perfect 4 br, 4 ba home for 4 couples, close to skiing, town, and the freeway. The fireplace and in floor heaters were wonderful and having a two car garage was so convenient. We hope to return.

Family Christmas Getaway

Our family had a wonderful time! This townhouse was perfect. Plenty of room for three families and it has all the amenities of home. Very clean and cozy. Perfect for a family Christmas getaway. We would definitely recommend to anyone vacationing in the Silverthorne area.

Wonderful location with plenty to do in the area!

Details and directions were easy to follow. It was comfortable was furnished with everything we needed to prepare our evening meals. The club house wasn’t quite what we were expecting, but will be better prepared next time.

Great stay for Presidents Weekend

We had an amazing time during this very snowy weekend. Our two families had a great time at the house. It is very clean and fully stocked. Beds were comfortable, but I do believe one of the bunk beds was creaky. We had an issue with the DISH TV (not the fault of the owner). He was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and game room too. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend away!. laandsince

Outstanding ski vacation home

We had an amazing, deluxe stay! What a comfortable, well-supplied house. My cousin’s family of 5 (including grandpa) and my family of 5 had a terrific ski vacation here. The kitchen was well-stocked including staples and condiments, beds were comfortable, showers had great pressure. I really loved the extra luxury touches of radiant heat floors, gas fireplace and jacuzzi jets in the master tubs, as well as humidifiers in each room. We came home sore from skiing and felt enveloped in comfort. Lots of room for kids to play, and even some fisher price toys, matchbox cars, high chair, and toddler bed for the little guys. All 10 of us were able to sleep well without hearing one another. Remarkable home that we’d love to visit again. We stay at rental homes often and this is one of the most memorable excellent properties.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Worked perfect for skiing copper, A-Basin and Breckenridge. Single rooms & bathrooms are large. Bunk room and bathroom are smaller but work. Kitchen had everything we could need. Hosts were excellent! We enjoyed the clubhouse, pool & hot tub. Bring lots of quarters for arcade games. Several were out of order at the time of our visit but still plenty to do. The clubhouse is a block or so walk or short drive. Parking instructions say to park in the garage or driveway-not in spots across the lot. We did as instructed and avoided issues but did see a vehicle next door that got booted so make sure you stay in the garage and driveway. This might be a challenge for 2 or more larger vehicles. Check with host-they’re very responsive! Great stay, would definitely visit again!

Gorgeous Views!

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room for the 8 of us. It was really nice to have so many bathrooms for getting ready. Easy drive to Breck too. Kitchen and rooms were well equipped with all we needed to cook and sleep. Really enjoyed the fireplace after a day on the slopes!

Fabulous ski vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property! A lovely home in a great location central to various ski resorts. Extremely clean and each bedroom has its own bathroom. Highly recommended- thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Awesome Stay

This was our first trip to Colorado. The property exceeded expectations. Plenty of room for all nine of us. All the comforts of home. The pictures don’t do it justice, we were very impressed. Great location too!!

Great Family Ski Trip

My family and I spent a month at this great place. Rode on the Epic and Ikon pass and had a blast. Great location to all the resorts. Will be back! Great owners to work with, prompt and courteous communications.

Wonderful home.

This is a beautiful property with great views. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, and we could have easily had another family with us. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking, and there were plenty of spices, ect. Did I mention the views? My husband and I spent quite a bit of time on the patio watching the sun set or sun rise over the mountains which was very enjoyable. I felt the pictures didn't do them justice, but pictures never really can grasp what you can see in real life. We did have a hiccup, but the owners took care of it immediately and we were grateful. We can easily see ourselves staying here again. The home is beautiful.

Great views and amenities!

A wonderful place for our family of 5 adults. The views from the living room we're especially beautiful and the number of rooms and bed configurations were perfect for us. A little surprised there wasn't a deep skillet for prepping spaghetti, since the unit can hold 10+. And frustrated that there weren't curtains in all of the bedroom windows. Who wants to wake up with the sun when on vacation (with ski slopes just a few minutes away)?! The clubhouse was really nice, however it was disappointing that half of the video games weren't working (but took our quarters!) and the workout room had only a treadmill, small weight machine and some free weights available (most of the equipment was out of commission). The 3 hot tubs and dry sauna we're a big hit, redeemed the poor availability of the rest of the clubhouse amenities.
