The first floor has a large living room, a lounge, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, etc.) adjoining a pantry, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The upper floor consists of a suite master bedroom, as well as 3 bedrooms, including one with bunk beds, and a bathroom. The garden is fully fenced. You can enjoy the large and lovely terrace, as well as the spa, the pétanque court, and the ping-pong table. Parking for up to 3 cars is available in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are also available near the house. Bonus: A garage is available for storing beach equipment, bicycles, and other items.
