Contemporary house seaside with jacuzzi

Located in La Forêt-Fouesnant in southern Finistère (between Bénodet and Concarneau), you will be welcomed in a relaxing environment. The house is located in a dead end, 80m from the beautiful beach of Kerleven (sandy beach more than 1km long).
For boat lovers, the house is located 500m from Port-la-Forêt, 2nd marina of Finistere and sailing training center in the open sea, from which one can reach the archipelago of Glénans.

With a surface of 150m2, it is composed of a living room of 32m2, a fully equipped modern kitchen of 20m2, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a room on the ground floor with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with shower.

The floor consists of 3 bedrooms (a master suite with bed 180 cm and a sea view, 1 bedroom with a double bed 160cm and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90cm), a bathroom with shower and a room games with foosball.

A terrace of 33m2 with garden furniture and jacuzzi will allow you to fully enjoy the outdoors.

Towels are included in the price. The rental of sheets is possible (15 euros for 2 people).

De belles vacances!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison qui est superbe et idéalement placée à quelques pas seulement de la plage. La mise à disposition des vélos, kayaks et paddles ainsi que du flipper ont été de vrais plus dont nous avons bien profité. Nous n’avons presque pas eu besoin de la voiture car tout est accessible en vélo

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison sublime, entièrement équipée, le mobilier est de grande qualité, l'agencement très fonctionnel. Nous nous sentions chez nous! Mille mercis pour l'accès au flipper et l'arcade, en plus du baby-foot, des paddles, du canoë, de la table de ping-pong et des vélos, et du jacuzzi. Tout était réuni pour passer de très bonnes vacances, sauf le temps.. mais la Bretagne sans pluie, ce ne serait pas la Bretagne. La maison est à quelques mètres de l'océan, on entend les vagues du jacuzzi, et la vue est magnifique des 3 chambres du haut.

Anreise//Übergabe/abreise perfekt, Danke Bertrand. Tolle Lage in Strandnähe, Putztrupp könnte ein wenig genauer arbeiten :-), ansonsten super Huas mit toller Aussattung. Sehr fein waren die 4 Farräder! Auch4 SUPs und Kanus waren vorhanden. In Summe wars ein super Aufenthalt. Wolfgang

Fantastische Urlaubswoche

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr schön. Die Lage perfekt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Verfügbarkeit von Rädern, Kajak und SUP war für uns als Familie in der Lage (2min zum Strand) genial. Auch die Tischtennisplatte fanden unsere beiden Teenager super. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Toller Urlaub

Das Haus hat uns (Familie mit zwei Kindern 12 und 15) sehr gut gefallen. Die Kids waren erfreut über den Tischkicker, den Whirlpool und den gigantisch großen Fernseher. Das Haus war sauber, die Betten in Ordnung. Alle Zimmer sind geräumig, zu viert hatten wir mehr als genug Platz. Zu erwähnen ist der Küchenesstisch, dieser ist als Bartisch ausgelegt und verfügt über 6 Hoch/Barstühle. Nicht jedermanns Sache, uns hat es nicht gestört. Das Haus ist ein reines Ferienhaus und sonst nicht privat bewohnt. Strand und weitere Umgebung sind super, es lässt sich viel zu Fuß im Rahmen von Spaziergängen bewältigen, der Hafen sorgt für Ablenkung, dort gibt es viele Essensmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub.
