Great property!

We really enjoyed our time here! The kitchen is completely stocked, and the outdoor area is beautiful. We loved being right across the street from the water and also a short golf cart ride to bean point! Would recommend again and again!

Great rental

Property was just as described. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party. There was plenty of dishes & cookware which is sometimes limited at rentals but not in this case. It was across the street from the bay beach access and a short golf cart ride to the beach. Would definitely recommend & will definitely stay again!

Relaxing & Spacious

The house is well maintained and there's plenty of space for two families. Two bedrooms are on one side of the house and then the laundry room separates the other two bedrooms which also includes a pull-out couch. The outside area is setup perfectly for a quiet day or evening at 'home' with a grill and bar area including a TV. Many chairs for lounging are also included. Directly across the street there is public access to the beach and the property is walking distance to a few restaurants, shops, ice cream and the fishing pier which is also the free trolley stop and it takes you all around the island. The house also comes with 4 beach chairs, a wagon and toys for the kids -- huge bonus. Great location for a relaxing vacation!

Spring Break

The location of the property was GREAT. Quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the pier, which my boys thoroughly enjoyed. The leasing company was very friendly and easy to work with!

Perfect location!

Total package stay!! Pool, dock on the water, and pathway to a little bayside beach directly across from the driveway! Comfortable beds! Pictures don’t do justice. Communication was top notch. No complaints!

An amazing time

The house was even better in person. It was very clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool and fishing in the lagoon. The short walk across the street to the beach was super convenient. My family and I had such an amazing time that none of us wanted to leave. If we were to ever visit Ann Maria Island again this is the house we would rent. Thank you so much for making our stay a memorable one.

Wonderful family vacation

This home was clean, spacious, with a great outdoor kitchen & located on the boat canal. Location was great for walking, biking & kayaking. Just a few minutes from the City pier, it was a fantastic vacation.

Wonderful family vacation

This property is in the perfect location for us! The fixed dock was the easiest fixed dock we have ever pulled into. The canal has easy access to the Gulf and the pool is wonderful for relaxing and cooling off. The outdoor kitchen area is shaded and comfortable. The inside is very spacious and there is plenty of room for our families. We can't wait to come back again next summer!

Beach getaway

Gorgeous house. CLEAN. IMMACULATE. Fantastic view from the pool, dock and bedroom deck. Great outdoor bar with big screen tv. Great pool. Everything worked from tv’s (in almost every room), to a/c, to grill, appliances etc. Minutes to many great beaches. Highly recommend this house.

Perfect Choice if you want to stay somewhere quiet.

We visited in November of 2020. Overall we were very happy with everything. Location is very quiet, but a short walk to everything Anna Maria has to offer. House was perfect as everyone had their own space. Kids were able to attend virtual learning and my wife and I could get our work done without distracting one another. There were a couple of issues when we arrived, management company handled everything very quickly and checked in with us all week to ensure we were satisfied. Only issue I had was I couldn't catch any fish. Lost all of my bait, so it was probably due to the lack of fishing skills. Would recommend to friends/family.

very bare bones - for the price we paid

Overall the house did a good job accommodating our sleeping needs for 8 people, and did really well with having an equipped kitchen so we could cook and bake. We really enjoyed the back yard which had a great outdoor kitchenette and lots of seating options!! WE requested extra towels and wash clothes. They had one pillow for each person and lots of extra pillows, so we asked for extra pillow cases which they were kind enough to run more over to us. The house wasn't the cleanest - but after pointing this out, i am sure they will be better in the future. We LOVED being so close to Pine street and a couple blocks to walk to the beach!!!

Loved the area

Nice property with great location across from the bay. We enjoyed the property and would stay there again. A few issues were that there was still a bag of trash in the trash can when we arrived and some of the pool decking tiles had settled and were a trip hazard.
