Charming family estate with swimming pool in the heart of the Mont d'Or region

The estate, a haven of peace 25 minutes from Lyon, can accommodate up to 19 people thanks to the 7 double bedrooms and the 4 beds of the annex apartment.

This elegant place, a perfect balance between the calm of a natural setting and the cultural and tourist richness of the city, is embellished with a wooded and landscaped garden as well as a large swimming pool. It can be doubly secured by a shutter and a gate closing access to the grassy part of the garden where the swimming pool is located. This place, nestled in a green setting, peaceful, intimate and full of charm, is ideal for a convivial stay with family, friends or work colleagues. The many facilities allow you to enjoy it in all weathers and in all seasons (fireplace, wood stove, table football, ping pong table, many board games, barbecue and plancha, large covered courtyard, catamaran net as a rest area).

The main building is composed of a large kitchen, 3 living rooms (including a TV room), 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The independent apartment is composed of a bedroom, a living room kitchen (with sofa bed) and a shower room.
Our large, fully equipped kitchen is ready to welcome you for meals on the large wooden table. It communicates with the large covered terrace. Bean coffee maker, soda stream, raclette set, fondue set, fryer, BB bed ... are at your disposal.

Our house being a village house, the volume of the music must be respectful of the neighborhood and stopped at 10 p.m. The swimming pool can be used until 10 p.m.

Our corner of paradise, on the banks of the Saône, offers many possibilities:
- hiking in the Mont d'Or and discovering the Cabornes (by bike, on foot or on horseback),
- visits and tastings in the nearby vineyards and those of Beaujolais,
- water sports,
- visit to the famous Chaos residence (nearby),
- many animal parks,
- many guinguettes, as well as the renowned Paul Bocuse and the starred chef Guy Lassausaie (both only a few kilometers away),
And of course everything that our beautiful city of Lyon offers (old Lyon and its traboules, museums, boat boat, its famous gastronomy...).
