Great home, especially for a family vacation!

My family and I rented the entire home from Karen for my sister's wedding. It was great to each have a spacious room and our own private bathrooms. The large kitchen was great so we could cook our own meals. There is a grocery store within a few miles/km of the house so its very convenient. Highly recommend staying here whether you are looking to rent the entire place or just 1 room.

A Wonderful Experience

We arrived late and only spent one day at the property, but very much enjoyed our time there. The grounds are lovely and the kids enjoyed the pool, albeit briefly because of inclement weather. Fortunately, we had scheduled a chocolatier instructional session, with our gracious host and accomplished chocolatier, Karen. We not only got to make our own chocolate confections, but learned a thing or two about chocolate, as well. Well worth the visit and a very relaxing stay.

Dear Shea Thank you so much for your kind words and for being such wonderful guests. It was a pleasure to host you, and I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the property and the chocolatier session. The experience with the lost keys was indeed quite stressful for me, and I apologize to Chloé for having to be the intermediary during our exchanges. I hope this did not impact your overall experience too much. I would be thrilled to welcome you back to La Maison de Karen Chocolat and share more chocolate-filled moments with you. Warm regards, Karen Bonnet
