Large screened porch, large deck, + covered front porch. Gas grill on deck. 5 TVs. 4 bedrooms; 3.5 bathrooms; sleeps 10. Indoor & outdoor resort pools and hot tubs, exercise rooms, billards rooms+other resort amenities. Hiking trails and a lovely river walk in the resort community. The home is nestled in a mountain laurel lush mountainside forest, with partial Mountain Views. Approximately 10 minutes to Boone, 15 minutes to Banner Elk or Blowing Rock. 5+minutes to Valle Crucis. 10 minutes to Ski Hawksnest snow tubing. 15 minutes to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort; 20 minutes to Appalachian Ski Mountain; 30 minutes to Beech Mountain Ski Resort.

Our family has owned beach location vacation homes for last 32 years, and I've managed them for past 20 years. I truly enjoy getting to know my guests and helping them discover new experiences for their vacations. After selling our last Holden Beach home a few years ago, we decided to try a new location, and heard the mountains calling! My youngest daughter and I are both Appalachian State alumni so we are excited to be back "home". We love these mountains every season of the year, always beautiful, always relaxing, and always fun!
Why they chose this property
Perfect location for enjoying the best of the High Country! Quick to Blue Ridge Parkway, ski slopes and the towns of Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, and Valle Crucis. Plus the Echota Resort amenities are great for all ages, year-round.
What makes this property unique
In a community of mostly condos and townhouses, our home is one of the few individual/single family detached homes in the Echota Resort community. And our home sits on the largest individually owned lot in the resort community.
