We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The cabin was clean and well stocked with beautiful views. We will definitely book again the next time we are in the area.
We very much enjoyed our stay. It was a bit off the beaten path but the setting was very private. The internet / WiFi worked well. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again should I be returning to the area.
Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again

The cabin was amazing. Not only was it away from everyone and everything but it was very quiet and that’s a plus . Looking at the stars at night and the sun rise was definitely beautiful. I will definitely be booking them again.
We had a great two week vacation at the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the walks out in the woods with the dog. I really enjoyed being able to do some target shooting in the back yard. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wilderness getaway.

Thanks Richard, yes the property is on the national forest and gives our guests opportunities few properties offer including hunting, mushroom harvesting, hiking and the upcoming fall foliage. Wildlife thrives at the top of our mountain a must see.
Everything was great. It is a good place to go to getaway from the city and be in the tranquility of the forest. It is a good spot to be close with family or friends. Has all the basic needs. It's close to a couple of river tubing spots!
Nice clean cabin / pet friendly up in the mountains by Ellijay Georgia
Quiet and remote
Deer running around and fire pit which we used
Good internet and TV’s with satellite station
for sports and major channels
This was a lovely cabin very much away from it all. It is a drive to arrive, but worth the privacy and the escape. The hosts are excellent in responding to any need or concern.

The property was great! It was very quiet out there and the cabin was super clean. The beds were comfortable and the decor was cute and on theme for a little cabin! The road to get out there was to be expected for an off the beaten path cabin, but be prepared for the windy/bumpy roads. We saw some deer and other wildlife from the porch in the morning. Would return and stay again if we need to come back to the area.
My husband wanted a cabin in the woods and this cabin didn't disappoint.
Exceeded our expectations and even our 5 pound Chihuahua loved it.
The owner also had no issues extending our stay by an extra day.
Peaceful, relaxing, many trails nature at it's Best!
Super cute little cabin in a very quiet spot. It was about 35-40 minutes from most things but I don’t think that’s bad!
The gravel trail to get there was a little rough but we made it with our front wheel drive sedan. May be difficult without AWD different times of the year. Our dog had a good time also!😊
The property itself was amazing. Just a cozy little cabin tucked away high in the mountains. The road is a little rough in a couple of spots, so definitely wouldn't make it there with a low-to-the-ground car. We saw lots of deer while we were there!
The cabin was exceptionally clean and had everything my husband and I needed for the long holiday weekend. While service was spotty, the wifi was fast and the owner was incredibly helpful with directions to get to the property and gave a few suggestions on things we could do in town. If we come through that area again, we will 100% stay there again.
This is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Great cabin that had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Our host was prompt to reply when I had a question. The cabin is a bit of a drive from town so we picked up supplies prior to heading up the mountain. Highly recommended.

Yes we are about 30 minutes from door to town. 15 of that is going up the mountain.
My best friend and I met half way at this little mountain house. It was quaint and had just what we needed. We loved the loft with screen doors to balconies that we left open all night with forest air blowing through. You could see other houses and sometimes hear other people but still had enough space to feel the privacy. Would definitely return.
If you love being out in nature this is the cabin you need. Only sound was the woods. And we loved it! No traffic, no neighbors, Just don't forget anything at the store it's a long drive out and back.

Thanks so much for your review, we do advise to bring your day 1 groceries, 15 minutes to get gas, dollar general 20 minutes and downt town is about 25-30 minutes. Make it a day in Ellijay when you do go to town its a drinking town with a antiquing problem as they say at the Tavern.
The cabin is very clean, it is secluded in the mountains about 13 miles from the town center of Ellijay. Traveling up to the cabin be prepared to transition from paved roads onto a single lane, unpaved road. All amenities necessary were provided. The property owner was very easy to work with, and he communicated promptly and professionally.
