Great place to stay. Within 2 minutes walking distance near the bathrooms, the property has three coin operated washing machines ($2.25 per load ) and four clothing dryers ($0.25 for 8 minutes) if you need clothes washed during your stay.
Cabins and Location of this resort is really good.. we had experience of perfect glamping, with store and food options are just few mins away. Lassen park is just with in 30 mins and resort has plenty of space for kids to play.
Is a great location for Lassen - which was our goal. Easy in-and-out, comfortable beds. Had a fridge, which we used. Bathrooms are very close and were good.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and want to thank staff, specifically Stacy, for accommodating our special needs. The cottage was clean and nicely decorated, stove stacked and ready to be fired. Everyone is super nice and helpful. We had wonderful time at Living Springs and will be coming back. Highly recommended.
Cabin was clean and conveniently located near bathroom and showers. The site was quiet and only about 15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic National Park. My only criticism is about the showers: the shower pan is quite high, requiring a relatively high step to get out and in, and I nearly slipped and fell the first time getting out. A non-slip pad in the shower would be a safety improvement.

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the small cabins. Inside was comfy- the bed and pillow very comfortable. The bunk beds were really nice and comfy for the kids. Everything was clean. Convient and water kettle for tea/coffee with some drink packets and can opened provided. Small fridge that fit more than I expected, and a microwave. Heater and AC inside- we used the heater and it worked well. The campground is set up nicely. They’ve got nice chairs around every fire pit, a dish washing station with cooking pans and utensils, plenty of benches, a BBQ at every site, clean towels in the cabin with a hamper in the shower area to deposit your used towels. Shower worked well and bathroom was convenient, spacious and comfortable. Everything was a short walk away while also being spacious. Enjoyed the little trail to the waterfall- kids loved it! Even was a bench at the waterfall to sit and eat and enjoy! Beautiful small lake. Rocking chairs that my kids really enjoyed. A fun variety of bell tents, teepees, yurts, & camp spots. A fun and spacious kids area with a toy shed, volleyball net where my kids played w the toys in the sand, a climbing dome, a large white tent they played under, and plenty of chairs/tables and benches. We can’t wait to come again and try a different spot to stay!
This was a great spot to use as a home base while exploring the Lassen area. (Worth the hour drive to Burney Falls & Lake Britton!)We were 2 parties, each a family of 4 renting neighboring cabins. My family had Cabin A, the friends had Cabin C. Different layouts but each are great. I think the queen bed in cabin A was a little bit too tall (off the floor), but it was comfortable. The amenities in the cabin were just what we needed. We spent most of our time outside at the picnic tables and fire pit. The kids loved exploring the grounds (and it was safe), we all took lovely walks on the trail system and spent time wading in the creek. I would recommend this place! Our party’s only critique would be the cleanliness of the secondary semi-permanent mobile bathroom, with RV-style plumbing. We each only used them once or none. It was tight space, smelly, and seemed to be not well-maintained. The main bathrooms were nice, spacious single stall with showers, so it could be a long wait at times. They were most often worth waiting for with the alternative being what it was.Very friendly staff, nicely made clean rooms, and the place has a good thing going. We really enjoyed our stay.
Great little cabin with the amenities that you need. Beds super comfy and a very quiet place to rest before continuing on our travels. Great communication with host!
This property was so nice! Beds were very comfortable and restroom and showers were super close! I wish we could have enjoyed more of the property amenities but we were spending lots of time at Lassen! Highly recommend this cabin!!!
Comfortable for sleeping. Toilet and shower close and clean. Nice area outside to gather. Good location near Lassen National Park.

Quiet for the most part. No room inside to do anything. One of two chairs broken, table barely large enough to make a cup of coffee. One of the websites is misleading in regards to bathrooms and showers, states showers are remote not toilets.
