NO SMOKING INSIDE: Guest agrees to pay a $500.00/ per day Smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager.
NO PETS: There are to be NO PETS on the Property -Guests who bring a pa $300 Pet Fee and will be immediately evicted.
