The Truman House is a detached, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in The Gulch South neighborhood that sleeps up to 12 guests.

The bottom floor features a spacious kitchen, dining room, screened-in porch, and half bathroom.

The top floor features a laundry room with a full washer and dryer, a bonus room with a sleeper sofa and gaming consoles, and four thoughtfully curated bedrooms: the "Traverse" is the master bedroom with two Full beds and a large Full bathroom. The "Westlake" and "Berkshire" bedrooms each have a Queen bed, while the "Orion" bedroom has two Full beds. A full-size bathroom splits the Orion and Berkshire bedrooms.

There is free parking in the driveway with additional free street parking available. The neighborhood is very walker and scooter friendly and it is extremely easy to access Nashville's local attractions. Walk or scooter to The Gulch or take a short Uber/Lyft to Downtown, Broadway, Midtown, Music Row, and more! Only 1.5 miles from the heart of Broadway and Downtown Nashville.

There is no need to strip beds and the used towels can simply be placed in the washing machine. If you are able to start a “Towels” wash cycle before you depart it would be greatly appreciated!
Our cleaning team will begin servicing the house upon your check-out, but if you happen to depart earlier, please kindly send us a message so they can get a head start!
