We are welcoming guests post Hurricane Milton! COMPLETELY RENOVATED IN 2024! Brand New Dock in 2025! 1st floor, open floor plan, end unit. This unit overlooks beautiful Lemon Bay and the end unit position lends to a unique panoramic view. Less than two minute walk to the Gulf Beach and just steps away from our heated swimming pool and the island's best restaurants. Enjoy the comfort of overseeing your boat parked at our dock.

WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS CONDO
The master bedroom features a king size bed, cable TV and companion reading lamps! You can comfortably sleep four with the use of our pullout queen size sofa.



Stainless steel appliances, custom kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops in the remodeled bathroom are just some of the many upgrades to this extraordinarily clean unit. Our kitchen is fully functional with a refrigerator / ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the kitchenware necessary for cooking a feast or mixing up your favorite refreshments.

Our living area has an entertainment center with a Smart TV (use your Netflix account as well as other apps). If you decide not to dine on the lanai, our living area also includes a table that comfortably dines four people. This unit comes with free cable TV and WIFI access. The complex also has a laundry room. Take advantage of the abundant storage spaces, throughout the unit, to make for an uncluttered stay.

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

I needed a place to stay during my kids' "spring break," and this was perfect. It's close to the beach (Sarasota), and the back deck is on the bay, so it's a nice coffee spot in the mornings. A complimentary bag of coffee was provided, which was greatly appreciated, and everything was clean, quiet, and easy. I didn't spend much time at the property (was on the beach with my kids), but was happy to have a place to lay my head at the end of the day.

El Galeon one bedroom.

We love the view of Lemon Bay from the lanai. There are a number of walkable restaurants. Stump Pass Beach State Park is a nice hike out to the pass.

Beautiful place

This condo was beautiful! The updates were very well done. Accommodations were top notch and don’t even get me started on the view! Simply gorgeous!! You do not want to miss a sunrise here and in the evening the sunset across the street! John was easy to work with and had excellent communications. My family and I are already planning our next visit! Thanks for sharing this beautiful place!

Everything's perfect!!!

We truly enjoyed staying at this wonderful unit! The location was fabulous with a great water view and within minutes of the beautiful gulf beach. We enjoyed having extra views as this is a corner unit. The pool and laundry are right outside the door practically and we used both often. The owners have it supplied with almost any appliance that you could want. Everything about this condo helped make our vacation especially pleasurable! Great weather was also a plus!!!

Beautiful room and location!

My family and I stayed for a week for our summer vacation. We could not have asked for a better time! The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Our balcony overlooked the boat docks so we had a beautiful view from sun up to sun down. The room was very close to the pool but quiet and private as well. Manatees swam up to the dock our first night and all the kids were able to pet them. We went boating and tubing down Ski Alley, played at the sand bar near Stump Pass, saw Dolphins, and fished throughout the week. We could not have asked for a more enjoyable week. We definitely wer not ready to come home!

Wonderful Week!

Great location... clean condo... great communication with host. It was exactly as pictured. Heated pool was appreciated for our December stay. The view of the bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins a couple of times and a group of manatees feeding out from the dock. The beach was a short walk (just literally across the street!). Nice to have an umbrella and beach chairs in the unit to use! We enjoyed the Sand Bar Grille -- less than a 5 minute walk. Fav restaurants we drove to: Nicola's Italian (AMAZING!) and Texas Best BBQ (everything was SOOOO good!). Went to Stump Pass one morning. The beach was wonderful (different than by the condo) and so many shells that are not bashed and broken because there weren't as many waves in the pass. Overall a great, relaxing week in Manasota Key, and the condo was a great location!

Poor wifi

Upon check-in wifi wasn’t working. Called rental agent who gave us an alternative wifi access. Was weak at best. Original issue never rectified- seems like he “forgot” about the issue. Place was nice ; view was great. Only other issue was lack of gas grill; only had charcoal grills which needed old ashes temoved as they were overflowing

Beautiful Bay Views and a Two Minute Walk to the Beach!

Bay Breeze is a wonderful find! The listing is accurate with photos and details about location. I have always been a gulf/oceanfront only girl. I needed to stretch my money so I could stay for two weeks in Manasota so I decided to stay on Lemon Bay. What a great decision! I enjoyed watching the boats going in/out, the birds coming to the dock, dolphins swimming by every day, and I even saw a manatee once! I don't believe I would've enjoyed my stay as much had I been on the gulf side. The owners were great! They contacted me to make sure all was as I expected. I called them once about a hornet buzzing loudly and building a nest on the lanai. They responded immediately and came right away. I am so grateful that they offer their beautiful property to others to rent. I hope to go back!

Very cute condo with a great view.

My friend and I just returned from a stay at condo 105. We both were so pleased with how clean and homey the unit was. Everything we needed for a weeks stay clear down to books to read, beach chairs and umbrella and a beautiful view of the bay with pretty sailboats sailing by. Lots of clean towels, even some beach towels to use. We had absolutely no complaints. The beach was gorgeous at sunset and the pool was sparkly clean. We loved our stay.

Amazing view from the Lanai!

Lovely Condo! Comfortable bed, clean updated bath, great WIFI, and a kitchen stocked with more than we expected. It's within walking distance to everything you need. Great restaurants, beautiful beach across the street and the sunrise view from the Lanai is priceless. Dolphins visited us everyday! We walked on the beach every night at sunset collecting shells. We would certainly book again. Thanks John!

Why they chose this property

John and Maria. We share a love for the beach. During some recent cold winters up north we were compelled to purchase a place that we could always get away to. We finally did and we couldn't be more happy with our choice. Each time we visit our place in Manasota Key, we love it even more than the last.

What makes this property unique

When we saw this property we immediately fell in love. It has the quiet serenity of Lemon Bay with it's gorgeous sunrises and yet the Gulf of Mexico is less than a two minute walk across the street. The El Galeon complex is so clean and beautifully maintained that it feels like home . When we come here we can park our car and not get back into it, if we so choose. We can walk to several restaurants or pubs and spend all day at the beach. We can go out for a boating or hiking adventure or just relax and collect seashells and shark's teeth and watch the sunset over the Gulf. We love that the beach here is not built up like resort towns yet it has everything we love in those places. We love to go down to Stump Pass State Park, on the south side of the Key, where it feels as though you are on a island in Caribbean. Manasota Key is a well kept secret!
