The perfect cottage getaway! The location was so convenient, the cottage was beautiful and comfortable... The surrounding yard and gardens were so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay again!
We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and decorated so lovingly. We had all we needed. Our host was very responsive when we had a question. We did some sledding behind the house...a perfect Vermont winter day! Thank you for the warm welcome and for sharing your lovely home.
Cottage was so sweet, had the coziest stay for the new year! Picturesque views with a very nice backyard. Will say there is no freezer just in case you wanted to cook be mindful of what groceries to buy. Town was quaint and everyone in the shops were so nice! Definitely recommend having a car as the walk would be slightly long

We absolutely loved staying at the garden cottage. The property was peaceful and private. The inside of the cottage was so homey and well-equipped for our stay. We cooked all meals in the little kitchen without issues. The cottage lended itself very well to our plans of relaxing and slowing down! The host had a few really great local recommendations that we checked out: a nearby hike at Hubbard Park which was beautiful, Hunger Mt Grocers which is where we got all of our food for the weekend, and Morse Sugarfarm for creemees and syrup. We wholeheartedly recommend this spot, and hope to stay again one day.
Loved this place! Nice large place for two, loved the ambiance of the place, including a lovely back porch with view of garden. Only thing lacking was no coffee condiments (no cream or sweetener) or no dish linens. Would definitely recommend it!
We had a great 10th anniversary trip at Kimberly’s garden cottage. Drinking coffee on the back porch each morning and exploring the garden was lovely. There are hummingbirds, butterflies and a variety of plants. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure and the kitchen/bath had everything we needed. The location was private and it was a quick trip into Montpelier, and convenient to hiking (Camel’s Hump & Mt Elmore 45 minutes) and some great local ponds. Would definitely come stay again!
I never stayed here. I ended up canceling my reservation a day after I made it, since I decided to stay in Stowe which was closer to our planned activities. I am only completing this survey to see how I was reviewed, since I received a notification that the host reviewed me. Kimberly was kind and friendly in issuing the refund. The refund was not quite the full 100% that was promised, but it was not worth quibbling over the difference. Maybe I was charged fees even though I did not stay? Not sure why the listing remained on my account after canceling. It looked like a nice property though, and I’m sure that those staying there will find it to be as charming as the photos conveyed.
This cottage was perfect for my wife and I as we were looking for a centrally located base in Vermont for a family destination wedding in the area as well as for side trips to the Von Trapp complex and the Ben and Jerry's factory. There's a very efficient air conditioner in the main room, but the breezes blowing through the suite were perfect for sleeping most nights. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was quite functional, especially an awesome countertop convection over. I also learned how to use a French press coffee maker! We would gladly return if in the area again! Thank you

The property was picturesque. Thought i would bring some books or read what is there. There wasnt a tv (as the write up states). Can bring a tablet. The cottage has wifi in the there. Very strong signal. But you cant use it. You have to use the house one. Signal can be spotty. 2nd night we bought a puzzle to pass time.
But overall the place was beautiful. And i would stay again.
We had a fantastic stay at Kimberley and Kevin’s extremely comfortable and such welcome hosts- surrounded by a lovely garden in a characterful converted barn
Easy drive to Montpelier
We just loved it! Thank you Best wishes Tim and Clare
This cottage is absolutely perfect - comfortable, charming, convenient - with the added bonus of a beautiful garden and lovely outdoor spaces. The owners were friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend this property.
We loved the cozy little cottage. The rustic atmosphere brought back a lot of good memories for which felt very pleasant. We were very content with what was offered and the place had everything we needed.
For those of you traveling to Stowe or Montpelier, I recommend staying at this nice cozy cottage. We came here during the winter and not once during the night did we ever feel the need to turn up the heat. The bed themselves were warm enough. The snow gave it a real authentic winter stay out in the countryside.
