This unique piece of history features 3 bedrooms - 2 with queen beds and 1 with two twins. Enjoy the soothing ambiance of the cozy vintage living space & have fun looking for oddities from the late 1800's, 1940's & 1970's. Our full bathroom has shower only BUT we saved the vintage tub, which you are welcome to fill for a soak. With amenities like a smart TV, full kitchen, DR for 6 and WiFi, guests will have everything they need for a relaxing stay. You even have a 40 ft back patio to store sports equipment safely. Montpelier has EVERYTHING. Great people. Excellent food. The best outdoor sports. Fixtures & a mural from early 1940’s. From River St House, you can do so many things.

Building started in the late 1800's (Edwardian era). There are Colonial pieces built in. The kitchen was remodeled in the 1970's. What's not to love?
